Were I to wager a guess, between the difference in appearance and decrease in what looks like behaving somewhat normal (for a nerd) there's probably a lot of drug use in the interim. Whether she is still using is anyone's guess, but a lot of "escorts" are on drugs, some to cope with it and some are escorting because of the drugs in the first place.
I will add mental issues and drug use are more common together than PB&J, and although I think the trauma she describes is no where near what she claims there is a fairly good chance something did to happen her at some point just based on her hypersexual behavior tbh. Some women are just like that, but the idea of fucking anyone who is remotely kind is something you see in sex assault victims due to fear of it happening again. The "logic" of it is if you fuck first they can't force you to.

it's time for me to start securing an apartment (currently crashing at aunt's) but due to disability shenanigans and not having an income for 4 months, my credit is maxed out and has shitton of missed payments and I had to break the lease on my last apartment (couldn't afford it)

I have a strange feeling that Kindness/Alyssa has had at least one callout post in the past, and tried to dig for something like that but was blocked by not wanting to wade through 4 million tweets. I'm sure she would have left a ripple on tumblr or at a different convention scene somewhere in her online life.
I hope Kevin gets friendzoned throughout her entire stay at the ranch. Him not being able to touch a real amhole is hilarious. If he DOES get the fabled troo and hunset vagina, then I hope he gets upset that she has a real one and he still doesn't have anything close to it (AND it is closing up!).

I think search is, but it only gives me Kevin's thread. I was more talking about other identities - users like that probably went through multiple usernames and shed identities, particularly those with a bad sense of self. Unless her insanity is recent, this seems like someone who's gone through a few url changes and would be hard to track because of it. Perhaps if you could find her on Facebook through her current or deadname you might be able to see something, but for now there's not much to go off of aside from 2 years of tweets.

She seems less crazy in this video (the ones where she's not putting on cowboy hats and Eastern European accents) and reminds me of several girls I've known, just in the way she speaks. It's weird that she can be kind of well-spoken about what are ultimately lies and TMI stuff. She comes off as self-aware (and she says that in one of her videos (that one is nsfw - why is she always naked?) - that she is trying to share her trauma with Bonnie to be honest about her high maintenance). Kinda sad. Glimpses of normalcy.

Mental illness can sometimes lead to a chronic lack of pants. Here are some possible things that I think might be occurring in her noggin:
- Not caring about social norms and how others percieve her.
- Narcissism - thinking she's the hottest thing ever and wanting to show off her body combined with a serious lack of boundaries, consideration, high entitlement, and low empathy.
-Hypersexuality - a common response to trauma, several posters have touched on this previously. Pretty self-explanatory.
-Thinking that any attention is good attention so people gawking at her or being repulsed at naked Twitter escapades gets turned around into positive reinforcement in her mind.
-Wanting to shock the normies.
- Sadism/Bullying - enjoying other people's discomfort.
- Sensory problems - clothing is uncomfortable, and an itchy tag will shatter her already fragile psyche.
- Sexual gratification - have we stumbled upon the Twitter equivalent of a subway flasher?
Put simply, she crazy.
