I mean, why would you do this? Every woman I know wishes they could aim while pissing. What benefit does a surgery like that even fucking have? Even for coom purposes, it’s chasing a nut you will never get to have. You get six months of bleeding, thousands of dollars of debt, loads of added upkeep to keep the wound from closing and you can’t even feel as well down there as before. Then imagine the pain and stench that festering wound produces. Even if you’re trans, I don’t understand why you wouldn’t keep the “girl-dick” or whatever the fuck they call their penis now.

I sometimes wonder how many surgeries the people who lust after this stuff have had. I'm sure there's some who've had surgery before deciding to chop their tits/cock off and are crazy enough to chase the coom anyways, but... anyone who's had a moderately serious operation knows that, even with the best doctor and the most well-established procedure and best aftercare in the world (none of which troons have lol), it's suboptimal experience. There's always going to be pain (both immediate and accute, as well as longer-term, because healing takes way longer than people think it does), scarring or other aesthetic changes, potential infection or other issues, physio requirements which are boring as all hell, changes in body function (maybe minor, but they'll be there). Surgery's discussed so casually in trans circles (and elsewhere in Current Year - think of the normalisation of plastic surgery, for example) that I often think it's not until you've had surgery yourself that you realise how difficult and distressing even a very minor operation can be. And god knows amhole surgery isn't minor.

The amount of doctor-shopping that crowd does is truly staggering, last I checked there were whole online communities dedicated to directing people to quacks who will sign anything, and yet he can't find any to validate his kink?

There are plenty of surgeons ready to gouge him a hole; what he's working on is financing his mutiliation. If he were paying out=of-pocket, he'd have a date already.

Me, the skeleton's comment about Heaven having a sense of humour happens to be spot on. Max wants ome good news. He receives the Gospel (which literally means 'good news'). He also gets rejected from amhole surgery... a surgery that is ridiculously easy to get. More, his health insurance plan cancelled his Teladoc overage, adding more barriers to him getting amhole surgery.
That really was another day in Heaven to Max... jus not roon heaven.

Woke up this morning feeling sick, felt overwhelmed about how I can tackle the day when I'm not at my best. Then this reminded me how I'm not Dave, and my day has now improved to the point that I can soldier through it.

I believe Zeno/Max has had a decent job for awhile now? He's gone on about how stressful and whatever it was for him to come out at work. He really went on and on about it for awhile there. I don't know exactly what his job is but he's said it's something in the aviation industry. So he has that to save up money to blow on fake tits and an am-hole.
