What I find interesting about the letter is the approach. We're obviously not dealing with morons. The letter is from their managing director, so that means they consider this a top priority matter. If they didn't, they would have shunted this to an junior associate to handle.
They clearly read up on KiwiFarms, including the response to NZ. I have no doubt they have created a situation report as well as a gestalt profile, and used that as the basis for their response. It can't be denied that their letter is nearly perfectly crafted. They show their comprehensive understanding of their exact situation and position. They demonstrate they understand the difficulty in accomplishing anything that isn't agreed upon by KW and/or Null, They do their absolute best not to cause any sense of alarm or make anyone feel provoked, since they know that members are highly reactive.
There is a clear sense of them trying to appeal to a sense of "fairness", while not a bad idea, not the best way to approach the situation, but they really have fairly limited angles of approach. Their biggest mistake was not offering anything, but asking for something. That generally doesn't accomplish anything. If they were smart they'd offer something first, like a guarantee that any animals under her care will be rehomed to a loving environment that will give them the care that they need and where she and her lackeys will have no contact with the animals, and a further guarantee that she will not own any more animals for the foreseeable future. This would demonstrate goodwill and earnestness.

As to why I voted Keep, I think she should have the tools to live comfortably. She just needs to learn to be more flexible now given her situation.
Hint: Go to Europe, be a citizen, then consider working yourself out with your right to be forgotten through Google. Once that's fixed, everything is mental now.

The issue isn't with the letter; the issue is with the depraved and unrepentant behavior of the cow in question. If a minor cow -- someone closer to the "lovable weirdo" end of the spectrum than the "rapist psychopath" end -- submitted a letter like this, I could be persuaded to vote for deletion.
