Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? There's some photographic evidence to suggest that launchers do indeed cover the airspace in Washington. Obviously it's pretty beyond question the White House has them but I'm personally inclined to believe many federal buildings in the D.C. area do. Especially Langley.

Cool with me. If 9/11 taught us anything it was that all of America's homeland defenses are pointing outward and there are not many inward-facing options. If push comes to shove, the revolution won't be using many planes at least at first. And by the time they are, the buildings those batteries are on will have been demolished or captured. It's happening then. I wonder if this will backfire on the those that oppose the mandate. As in, those who oppose the use of force to enact the restrictions, can be painted as opposing restricting the free-reign of the unjabbed who are - according to the same media rapping Biden, literally killing granny.

I think it's because the vaccinated have to keep proving they're vaccinated every time they try to conduct business. Under Biden's mandate, employees have to provide sufficient proof and employers have to actually check that proof. No vax card? Guess I can't hire you. Oh wait, the position's going unfilled. Fake vax card? I violated HIPAA to find out and have to lose a productive member of my team. That problem will only get worse if the proof is ever changing. Which we see now with the anemic jobs report.

What about entering a store? Unlike mask mandates, it's hard to tell who is and who isn't vaxxed. That again, requires an employee to check a customer's proof. No vax card? Guess you don't need my money then. Fake vax card? Does the business have to take back the goods the unvaxxed bought? Police is active force.

Both of my parents worked at the phone company and seeing this building brings back the nostalgia of visiting them at work in the Oakland phone company building which felt like a more scaled down but nonetheless important communications building. I remember seeing lines and lines of big 70's and 80's computers in long white rooms when being shown around.

Here's One Wilshire of Los Angeles which is one of the most important fiber optic hubs in the Pacific Rim and an endpoint for undersea communcation cables.
