It's funny, because usually growing a following and getting more engagement means creating something of value to your followers; ironically, the best attitude to have with this goal in mind is either an extremely humble one ("I must put in effort to get the reward") or complete apathy ("I'm going to shitpost what I want; oh damn, people actually find me funny?").
Phil does neither, and provides no value whatsoever. Like his Patreon, there's no real benefit to following him closely minus a stream schedule and occasional (terrible) candid photos.
Even if these are his lukewarm takes on the tech/gaming industry, you're better off following someone that can do a better job of communicating themselves.
