Whaaaat the fuck, Labelle.
The art is even worse than usual. I'm now convinced that the AM universe is actually inhabited by hand puppets.
It's been a while since I did this but I decided to translate those 3rd panel proportions onto those closer to an actual 12 year old. Labelle supports; this is not a style this is ignorance wrapped in laziness. You do NOT draw as your job everyday for years and stay this bad unless you're actively not trying to improve. We live in a world with more free resources than ever so Labelle's bleating that trans people often can't afford art classes is beyond stupid.
Anyway, after drawing Labelle's Ciel I felt bad for him and decided to draw what he may look like if he'd never met Stephie and been pressured into being...whatever he is.
Also no one would want a stupid tomato shirt. It's just a drawing (probably traced knowing Labelle) and not even a reference to anything. Not even Stephie has worn it more than once so it's not even an AM reference.
It's a stupid money grab with the bonus of an ego stroke (people like my character and what I have her wear so much they want it too!)

This is pretty autistic of me but while drawing normal Ciel I started thinking about how not meeting Stephie would effect his physical appearance.
Storywise I was looking for a reason why Ciel's fingers are even (fat hands do that), his arms are so thin (puberty blockers or estrogen distributing fat weirdly through his body) and that weirdbutt poking out (ill fitting heels) all of which Sandro wouldn't have to worry about without Stephie's black market pill popping influence.
Labelle keeps drawing the short side of Ciel's hair shaggy, Sandro would probably keep it neater since it better reflects 2021 hair trends.
Aside from the awkward fat distribution, Sandro would also be thinner overall. Whenever we see Ciel and Stephie together they're always sitting around whining, walking slowly or eating junk food. Countering this is the fact that Ciel is often brimming with a near manic energy which is used to be obnoxious about gender, and is prone to extreme mood swings. Since his dad seems to live pretty comfortably and his mom committed suicide, I like to think Sandro would probably be seeing a child psychologist who would encourage him to make use of that energy and anger, probably through sports or an active hobby.
So basically he'd be a pretty normal, although slightly damaged kid who wears pretty normal clothes and engages in pretty normal kid activities.
As for his sexuality? Who knows. He's a kid who would just be coming up on puberty no matter which way his sexuality develops he probably wouldn't be wearing it on his sleeve in public school.
And now I've put more thought into Ciel and Sandro than Labelle ever did.
