PPP was cracking jokes to both lighten the mood and subtly hint to Surfer that he was thinking too deeply whenever Surfer started rambling about numbers or doxxing himself, etc. I recall Null constantly saying on streams that schizophrenia usually kicks in around 30yrs old or a little earlier. Surfer is 28, I think, and it could be that the story of his aunt telling him he needs to be medicated is true. He took it as her saying it because of his political beliefs, but maybe it was because he was ranting at her like a nutjob.
As for PPP, dude was getting insanely salty over gambling banter, even moreso than "starfish" or fat comments. His one soft spot is his Christianity and calling him a hypocrite about it will make him implode. He ranted for a good half hour in the last stream about it as proof.

Combine these two things with a continual fasting 0 calorie diet and you're gonna get problems. The two have been in fights before with 6ft 6ton PPP winning, of course, but for whatever reason things were getting tense between them and PPP put up an intimidation move that flipped Surfer out.

I think it's real. Could be fake, and the idea that the dispatch would tell Surfer, who is calling cops fearing for his safety, to just "go back inside and close the door" is so retarded that I'd think it's fake...but then again it's Canada

Isn't Surfer in his late 20s? Schizophrenia usually manifests in late teens/early 20s. I think the guy has just done so many drugs that his brain has turned to rot.

PPP in his "It's a Sad Day" video seems to try to pre-empt Surfer telling everyone that he was supporting PPP. He says that he gave Surfer his worldview. I think @MrYumYums is correct and it was an abrasive living situation with two co-dependents.

I don't think that Surfer is smart enough to lie about PPP crashing on his couch, I suspect that it's Surfer who is the only one on the lease. PPP was there to correct the record with his interjections, almost as if he was trying to save face with his audience.

I grew up not far from where the two of them live, and I can tell you there is almost a rural ontario white trash phenotype for Surfer, I could list off at least 8 people I've met over the years who are beat for beat the exact same in terms of personality, temper, style of speaking, etc. When I was in high school they were the type of guy to get frustrated with their work, call the teacher a faggot and then take off to have a smoke until they cool off 20 minutes later and come back to class. I'm certain surfer will be back, in my experience these guys honestly don't really hold a grudge, but if he doesn't make some changes to his attitude this kind of shit will keep happening, and I'm not sure PPP will want to deal with it.
