While 'hispanics are based natural conservatives' is a meme and for good reason, it's also unironically the only thing vaguely resembling hope that California has. White Californians are a lost cause, the libs speak for themselves, the cons have fled to greener pastures and many of the louder, more politically active ones that remain are as Alex Jones would say, kinda retarded. Most hispanics simply don't vote and are a wild card as to how they would vote which is why so much of the Democratic messaging even in CA targets blacks despite them now being 6% of the population and shrinking year by year just like the non hispanic whites.
