IANAL but I don't think that's technically legal, if you happen to find a link online where someone who is definitely not you recorded it though and were to share that 👍
I dont see how that could possibly be true.

Here we go
Lol his lawyer sounds like such a sped for a sec is thought it was Faglaska representing himself.

ETA: brief recess but dammit looks like they may weasel a continuance.

IP2 says Loulz will be testifying.

Update:
Loulz did testify (legal name is Shawn McCreless)

Key Takeaways:
  • He was genuinely scared of a man who is 190lbs soaking wet vs. himself, chicken andy, a sniper, and baked
  • He cannot do simple math
    • Lawyer: "Do you see where it says 43 seconds? do you see where it says 55? whats 55 minus 43?" Loulz: "I'm not at liberty to do math, am I?." Lawyer: "Would you agree its 12?" Loulz: "Sure."
  • He has been referred to by the bouncer as a "little guy"

Reminder of what a credible witness Loulz is in the context of fucking with bouncers:

For those of those wanting to watch the clip being discussed here, I'm reposting it so you can see baked being a fuckup live on youtube. There's no way he's getting out of this without charges.

EDIT: This guy for Baked's defense makes Lionel Hutz look like a fantastic lawyer.

In fact, as this stream has gone on, this is the defense that Baked's lawyer is going off on.

This is the most open and shut case I've ever seen and this guy on Baked's defense is trying his hardest to get an inch in. Do you think he even knew what he signed up for?

To be fair, he's putting up a decent (and entertaining) defense for a man who goes around macing people on camera. In the words of Wellington, "This man knows how to defend a hopeless position."
