I've noticed that, too. But from my understanding, the NHS does do them in the cases that are actually life threatening. Bolognese had some UK munchies crowdfunding for the $150,000 they'd need to see him also. Meanwhile, I've seen a strange brand of American munchie that'll occasionally crowdfund to get to Barcelona for Dr Gilete. Usually they claim that either Dr. B or Dr. H can't see them, because they're just too damn rare and special.

See, chimerism would “make sense” (munchie sense) if she claimed she absorbed her twin or what tf ever. But she claims *conjoined* specifically. She even says she has an extra kidney- her alleged twin. With those claims in mind, is it even scientifically possible for her to have a second set of dna at the cellular level? Hmmm. On her Patreon she said the surgery she had right before she “died” was to replace the NG tube that she threw up due to nausea. Yes, the anaplastic (undifferentiated) type of thyroid cancer grows almost unbelievably fast, with tumor volume sometimes doubling in days to weeks. In fact, it can grow so quickly that it infiltrates the skin, creating a large, ulcerated open wound. Aggressive, fast growing tumors like ATC also frequently get so large so rapidly that their blood supply cannot keep up, which causes parts of the tumor to die, a phenomenon called necrosis. As a general rule, regardless of the type of cancer, this focal necrosis is an indicator of aggressive behavior and a poor prognostic sign. Because I like you guys, here is a photo of a fungating anaplastic carcinoma of the thyroid demonstrating areas of necrosis. Fun fact: because of the necrotic tissue, fungating tumors smell absolutely awful, which is (obviously) extremely distressing for patients and caregivers.
In what universe is replacing a NG tube surgery? It’s not even a procedure. A Ng tube goes in the nose and down to the stomach and people even do their own at home. All it involves is putting the tube in your nose and then swallowing it. Nothing surgical at all. Multiple munchies have bought and placed their own NG tubes before since no doctor or hospital is needed for it.
