Yaniv is a diabuliama candidate. He’s escalating to type 1 and likely already abusing insulin to manage his appetite. It’s abnormal to want to eat as much as he does so I speculate he fucks around with his dosage to create appetite soon after satiety. When he’s wanting to drop a dress size he’s going to discover how powerfully the body responds to withholding insulin. I’m not saying he needs to travel this path. But it’s a woman’s burden to deal with societal expectations and manage her weight.

He should be so lucky. He has type 2, the kind for fat people that you can't abuse to lose weight.

I’d want to be legally able to turn him away from my business, whether it was food, chiropractic, or waxing etc. Surely the fact he’s a known nasty abuser and serial litigant should mean an owner can deny him entry?

there’s no entry. It’s literally a kiosk in a big food court. The only way they’re denying him service in particular is if he’s making a giant scene or has made problems many times in the past. It doesn’t even have designated seating. He’s said the same thing in the past about New York Fries, another mall kiosk.

So you couldn't refuse service on sight, but if they act out you can essentially "fire them" as a customer and never serve them again.

Yes. It’s crystal clear in Canada. Fatty can’t even be refused because he’s convicted on a weapons charge. The staff have to manage him in the moment and that’s hard because he’s a lying sack of shit who will escalate anything that seems less than complete pandering. The posters warning about him actually bolster his potential claims of discrimination. If it was taken seriously, sure, since saying you'll sue IS a threat but I can almost guarantee no one would.

It's been quite a long time since I worked in a mall food court but I doubt the attitudes have changed much so I can say with confidence that anyone who claims that their server did anything but take money and hand them food is lying or did something HUGE to provoke a reaction.
Why? Because no one is weird or important enough to be worth the time and effort it would take to refuse them. Seriously, you don't even really process faces or even any words past their order when you're on that side of the counter because you work in a fucking mall food court and you just want to do your time and get out so you're no longer at the fucking mall food court.
No one wants to have to call their manager, no one wants to do extra paperwork and honestly after you've just explained for the third time to the man literally drinking listerine with his donut that splinters of wood are not legal tender, a guy running around in his mom's clothes mumbling to himself about lawsuits doesn't even land on your radar.
