I know it's easy to think the worst of him, but (so far as we know) he hasn't escalated to actual sexual assault. Yeah, he wouldn't give money to a stripper unless he thought it would directly lead to her fucking him. Now that you've reminded me, that claim was total bullshit. We do know at first he was confused that the strippers weren't selling sex, but he seems to have sworn off strip clubs in favor of his fool's errands to fuck celebrities.

I can't think of anyone Russ would ever have power over. He seems never to rise above the position of least seniority in any occupation, has no family that would ever depend on him and no woman would ever let herself be alone with him unless they're being paid. I guess his deformity CAN engender a bit of pity for those who don't know of him, but it's entwined with revulsion. Nature has left a big "stay away" sign on him that would take work to overcome.

I think his lashing out would most likely be toward a sex worker who turned him down if she didn't have security. He doesn't think a prostitute is allowed to tell him no. When he didn't take enough money and the hooker he'd booked with told him to fuck off, he thought he was the one being wronged. He eventually found some new girl who didn't know better but he doesn't understand that he can be rejected by hookers the same as anyone else. His attitude towards women rejecting him doesn't rule out he might attempt rape one day though. This is a guy who thinks when a talent show rejects him because he has no talent he can sue, and he thinks women shouldn't be legally allowed to tell him no. Consent is not something he's concerned with.

Apparently, multiple attorneys in Utah are aware of Russ and keep tabs on him. When he tried to have that lawyer disbarred for not hiring him after he hit on her, lots of people told her about Russ and I have no doubt that she and Skordas have talked. If I recall, Skordas played a key role in getting Russ charged for his harassment of Erika. That's why Russ has such a hateboner for him since, in his broken mind, he didn't harass her "that much" so he got in trouble for nothing.

I don't know if Russ would ever physically harm a woman. Two things suggest he wouldn't:
1) his cowardice. He seems to consistently avoid confrontation, preferring to guilt trip and manipulate.
2) his ego. ER might have called himself the supreme gentleman with some irony. For Russ there is no irony. He is a 90's romcom stud. Women will see how great he is...and gosh darn he will ruin their lives if they don't.

But there is more than one way to skin a cat (or a hooker). He can use whatever limited means at his disposal to ruin a woman's life and cause serious financial and emotional harm.
