"Megnotegg" is a freelance photographer doing a masters at Kingston University (not generally considered a good university) who does a bunch of queer artsy photos. And Elliot is a freelance costume designer.
So probably what happened here is Mr and Mr Ford needed some queer freelancers to document one of their private parties, found Megnotegg, and Megnotegg mentioned her totally cool transman friend who's a costume designer. And now they've brought Elliot into the fold and thought how edgy and shocking it would be to feature a trans man in some adverts, and making a statement. It's like how Andy Warhol's Factory had a bunch of trans women hanging around because it was so daring and subversive, except this time they think it's woke.
Nevertheless I'm willing to bet that outside of a photoshoot or a private member's event trans men are not going to have a good time in a gay sex sauna.

I love body sculpting and I have contemplated dosing a little T in the past to help as I'm excessively female... but the fear of losing any femininity was too great. I'd love it if it were easier for me to build muscle and lean up. but hey, I guess I'm stuck with the work. good thing hard work feels good and has its own rewards. all a TIF has to do is lift a weight a few times a week and everything starts to change. in fact it's reflective of the overall lazy mentality of the community that the incredible benefits to mental health that strenuous exercise and weight lifting have are not more emphasised in countering self-hatred and body discomfort.
That is what astounds me, the absolute easiest and most direct way to passing for TiFs is just bulking up a bit and getting a muscular body shape. It wouldn't let all of them pass, but it would put a lot of them on the track, and maybe even get a few of them there. And yet you are more likely to find visible lean muscles on a 30-something mom jogging behind a stroller than you are on a TiF, even though the TiFs have the advantage of testosterone that would give them relatively easy gains.
