In Gator's defence, mRNA alone isn't the issue, it's a bit more vast than that. It's not "tinfoil hat shit" to question rationale, it's science, it's supposed to be investigative, not beholden to political or economic manipulation.

If, a big if, Gator was studying radiology, he'd argue this from the perspective of scientific puritanicalism, ideally. Either/or inclusive of medical ethics.
Mandatory vaccination touches on both those issues and being in his quadrillionth year of college, one would suppose he'd have touched on the above issues enough to be able to form a strong argument based on that.
