Correct, those cards are now reported; they won't get immediately v&, but they'll get denied trying to legally buy anything else, and automatically searched whenever the cops pull them over (or show up to the house for a domestic call). And while I don't think it's enough to generate an immediate search warrant (not that it'll stop them), I wouldn't want to test the theory; hopefully the Tranch can do it for us.They still can't AFAIK because possession of cannabis and a firearm is a federal charge I believe. Same reason you can't have firearms and weed w/ a medical card.
When medical pot started becoming a thing, I had close friends in several of those states vehemently insist that they wouldn't be reported because of HIPPA; their pot-lobby groups & advocates always avoided addressing that little issue (or outright lied), and the NRA never did either until after the fact. And every one of them has found otherwise, despite my warnings.
They make it even easier by hashtagging their fucking crimes, you don't even have to keyword trawl anymore.Do they think their employers, both present and future, are technically inept idiots who can't see what they say about them on that platform whilst they publicly show their faces and names?
