I only really know basic strategies
- Wall electricity sockets can give away country
- Brands of furniture can be backtraced to find country
- Sometimes people's Paypal, if you pay them, outright gives away their real name (it is in any case an email address)

In short, nothing can be done and there'll never be any consequences, mostly due to the sorts of animals they abuse.

But if anyone is interested I'd look into who, if anyone, is running Dizdat (bondage porn) after "Anthony Peters" kicked the bucket this summer. I think you have a good potential to find more information through that lead in particular. Dizdat has been around since 1999, so I wouldn't be shocked if someone was set to pick it up (like a co-producer) after Anthony passed. They're based in/around Tampa FL., regardless.
Otherwise, the specific video you linked stars "Stefania Mafra". Had the displeasure of discovering she has at least one child as in 2017 she used her pregnancy to jump into production of relevant fetish videos. :cryblood:
