If his plan is to groom Kindness into becoming Earl and doing a mass shooting at the ranch so he can have it all to himself (while Kindness takes the fall, of course), that's pretty brilliant. Like one time I was talking to this guy at work and he said that when he sees a homeless person, he always assumes that they must be an asshole. I thought that was a spectacularly harsh thing to say, but on further reflection, there's a nugget of truth in there.
Alyssa obviously cannot afford a $1600 a month place with no income. She might be able to hang on to the place for a month or two, but what she really needs to do is pack up her shit and move back in with mom, or if that's not an option, find someone's couch to surf on for a bit until she gets another job.
Like I worry sometimes about losing my housing, but there are multiple friends and relatives who I am sure would let me hang out for a couple weeks while I got my shit together.
Where are these people's social resources?

We don't talk about you in order to act as some force of justice, Kindness. The intent is not to make you insane and regularly post pictures of yourself naked. We talk about you because you're insane and regularly post pictures of yourself naked. It's not a matter of hate, it's entertainment. In fact, I've seen you act crazy more often than not, and have seen more photos of you nude than with clothes on. To say it's a "repression" of our true selves implies we all want to be an insane woman who collects rats and cries in a bathtub every day, which is a bit of a stretch in the face of the easier conclusion claiming you're just funny to look at. Furthermore, it isn't "bullying" when you come to us. That's like saying random strangers bully you because they talk about how nuts you are behind your back while you hide in an air vent to listen. That's just you being a creepy freak.
Nobody cares you have disabilities, either. Only you should. And given how you make zero effort to correct your treatable conditions and choose to tout them around like it's a point of pride, it's clear you don't either. And we don't need irrefutable evidence to deduce you fake most of them anyway, since you come up with a new disability on a daily basis, most of which are either contradictory or that you clearly do not suffer from. Once again, it's more reasonable to assume you're just lying rather than some walking freak of nature who has every ailment known to humankind.

To a degree, I'd say that paying Kindness to act like a schizo degrades the experience. Right now, Kindness isn't a homeless-adjacent freak with a gender blob of a boyfriend because there's some kind of profit motive to do so- it's just the way she is. Paying money for the Kindness Show creates a layer of fakeness that wasn't there before. If her crazy ever becomes a deliberate response to external pressures, it loses that spontaneity and reality that makes it so appealing in the first place.
