So aside from potentially meeting each other in SecondLife & exchanging Skype details that way, there isn't any other publicly available evidence to show that the two have been in contact with each other at a sooner point in time than Nov 2009. The only reason we know that the 2 of them did exchange contact info is based on this tweet from December 2014. What puts a wrench in this timeline is a statement from Gabe where he claims he's been in the fandom for 21 years, meaning he would've been in the fandom since 2001 at the age of 15

I'm going against my normal setup here by breaking chronological order but I don't really know where else to put this at this point. So it's going here.
This incident occurred on April 21, 2020. After being on the forums for a little over a month, it seems Gabe's frustrations reached a boiling point. He decided the best way to handle the situation was to seek revenge so he opted to post the dox of whom he assumed my " real identity " was.

NaziFurReceipts, a furry call-out Twitter account, finally blew the whistle on Gabe for not ONLY his associations to the Alt-Right, but also his predatory behavior to minors AND his zoophilia. This would be one of the 1st major acknowledgements from an individual(s?) within the fandom about Gabe's many misdeeds (only beat out by a few months from Benji / Lagovirt & Coyote Lovely). Other individuals stepped forward with their own info on Gabe thanks to this callout.

Someone posted on Dec 21, 2021 about getting Further Confusion staff to ban Gabe from the convention. Only a few weeks later on Jan 3, he'd be removed from the Unofficial FC Telegram group after someone posted this thread into the chat. The reason why they posted the thread was because FC had recently decided to bring a zoophile on as their DJ, something many people were protesting against in the chat. Gabe denied that said individual was a zoo, which prompted someone to oust Gabe as being a zoo himself (among other things).
Following this, Gabe went on to join an " Exposing Furries " chat group which is run by zoophiles running ops in order to protect their friends. One of the people in this group was Zrcalo. He also false flagged Coyote Lovely's Twitter account for " encouraging suicide " which resulted in Lovely's original account being suspended off the platform. Gabe would eventually go on to play the Race & Religion cards in order to deflect criticism for his ties to the Alt-Right spanning since 2015. These deflections included claiming he's part black, bringing up he's Jewish, & putting #BLM in his Twitter bio. That would be removed in less than a day though as multiple people called out his views on POC communitites.
I looked back at messages around this time in the Further Confusion Telegram chat & didn't find anything. However, there was conflict:

This sent Gabe into a frenzy once more where he tried to deny all of his allegations, but given that the receipts were in direct contradiction for the narrative he was trying to pull, it didn't work. More people stepped forward to air their grievances towards Gabe, some even pointing out more connections to the Alt-Right, such as Aeve, Arlo Sloane*, & Rachael Oxy. Others also pointed towards predators in his midst, like Paimon. One individual, HopefulGracidea (who appears to be a non-furry), wound up kicking up the most dust out of this thread as the 2 of them traded tweets for a few days before Gabe blocked her & deleted his responses to her. While no archives exist of the tweets he originally sent, she did manage to collect screenshots, which she posted into her own thread. Again, much of the info in her thread is a repeat of what has already been covered, but one key note that she pointed out was that Gabe admitted to hosting someone in his Telegram group who admitted to committing arson while trying to flame others as being a hostile threat towards his children for merely calling him out publicly.
This new wave of callouts put so much pressure on Gabe that he would eventually leave all the groups that were hosted by Cani Lupine. He also contemplated removing Cani from his own groups, but at the time of writing (Mar 2, 2022) no action was taken.
Some other details worth noting:
Gabe claimed he blocked someone named Aethy for being a white-supremacist, which directly contradicts his previous statements where he says he only blocks those who have been convicted of crimes
States that he only joined the chats listed in the previous section because he " asked a friend " to add him to more conservative groups after realizing he was in mostly liberal groups. Seems to skip over the part where that " friend " of his is Len Gilbert
He claims the description of the OldSchoolFurries chat " didn't jive with him " even though it's remained unchanged in the last 2 years. He also directly engaged in the culture of the group & rarely talked about " furry " shit
Apparently Diezel Raccoon blocked him because Gabe said he looked like a pedophile while wearing a Willy Wonka costume

As stated before, Cani is a part of Gabe's chats. This screenshot in particular is interesting as Polybun / Ben Smith, another Alt-Right furry who was in several chats ran by Cani, had just murdered a 60-year-old woman as well as wounding 4 others during a protest in Portland. That incident & Ben's history will require another write-up in itself but for now, that's really all the context you need

This response lead to a rather interesting throwdown between Gabe & a random Pokemon fan account. Unfortunately, this is where we have to segway off the NFR thread again, but trust for good reason. Gracidea asked Tol what Gabe had tried to say to them in order to have himself placed back into the chat. This is what followed. Starting here. I'm not sure who Aethy* is, so I'll have to look into that. This thread's interesting though since Gabe prided himself on never blocking anyone (up until recently) unless they've committed a crime. Yet now he's saying he banned someone because he found out they were a white supremacist? Why was this action not taken towards other people within Gabe's circle that clearly held some rather unsavory views?
