You would have to have damage to those parts of the brain that are involved in distinguishing male faces from female faces--a capacity necessary for humans since they are sexually reproducing species--to not be able to recognize that Erin is a man.

Despite his FFS, which I'm guessing is the source of his misguided confidence, he remains of masculine facial appearance. Similarly, the rounding and shortening of his chin--which is also a common FFS procedure--has not put that feature into the female-typical range. He still has the chin of a man. Erin's entire mandible from ramus to chin is unusually long and female atypical.

Erin's midface also has problems that prevent him from passing as a female. I will elaborate on these in another post.

But you need only see the size of his feet to identify him as a man. A woman with feet that large is exceedingly rare. It is a safe conclusion to make that those feet belong to a man.

Like there are some disorders where real women do have to dilate. That's where dilation originated, not tranny surgeries.
