I understand that you were originally referencing heterosexuality, which I agree is hardwired, but you then go on to make the assumption that the genetic correlations that you're seeing in deviant sexuality are directly related to the orientation change, rather than indirectly related. It'd be like if I said: "pirates tend to have peg legs, therefore being a pirate in-and-of-itself causes your leg to fall off" when in reality being a pirate puts you near more sharks who can bite your legs off.
Why is MLP any less of a "sexual orientation" than gayness is? Just because? It begs the question by assuming that there's something innate about homosexuality that differentiates it from other deviant sexual behaviors.

So I suppose we'll take the chance and do an overview. I ask for forgiveness for any formatting troubles, mild powerleveling, and any other errors in advance. This comic has as much of a personal connection to me as Jack and other assorted trash and I suppose I cannot discuss this piece of internet history without that personal reflection at times, as it colors interpretation and reception, and will be as much of an adventure for me trying to piece together a decent post as I break the habit of experiencing most of these things in a vacuum divorced of context. I'm pretty sure I discovered Concession like most others from lists of bad webcomics, and of course I took to reading it as this sort of nonsense is my psychological junkfood.
Immelman is a novel psychology case clearly, and sadly has fallen down the "somewhat insecure gay bottom to troon" pipeline that is very popular these days amongst the emotionally unstable and those with personal identity disturbances. His Furaffinity opens with "Hi, we're a seven-part plural system, collectively a comic artist, porn artist, musician, and author"- so yes indeed, this man is mentally fractured. Upon a random sampling of his other comics its very clear porn addiction and lack of shame have completely taken over the boy considering I take a glance at a random other comic and it opens with diaperfur shit by panel #3.
If the sudden onset troonism didn't clue one in already. Apparently he took the plunge in 2018, how timely. I'm not going to spend much time on the author himself since it's all pretty stereotypical. He makes music, and makes other comics that are equally as insipid if not as perverted as Concession. Not much to dwell on that can't be heard in the chorus of the 9001 other KF threads on run of the mill trannies. I will add also that half of his accounts are older than dirt and dead, deleted, or I just can't be fucked to comb through decade old posts about Nine Inch Nails lyrics just to find another way to restate "Yeah he's touched in the head". He's still active and making art however at least at a glance, and added an epilogue/reunion of sorts to Concession back in 2016 that I was previously unaware of so that'll be neat to get into when we arrive at it.
Now down to the meat and potatoes. We'll summarize the loose arcs as they are organized on the Concession Archive, and trust me the arcs are incredibly loose since Immelman jumps back and forth between serialized chapters and gag-a-day strips that make the over-arching story as schizophrenic to read in motion as it is to hear about in summary. Its like if you chose to write a book based on the signage you see on the highway going 150 miles an hour. And I'm sure you'll get that feeling too as I try to rush a recollection of it all.

Why do you come to the farms? This question has answers so vast that I cannot possibly cover each one, but perhaps my answer resonates with yours. Lost In Regression is a reactionary comic made by one popbabyfur Pandora (See About The Author - Exposition & Rising Action) as a tribute to RebeccaDragons who was lost to the 41% suicide (See Catalyst for a Comic - Climax). This comic was started [on October of 2022] one month after the suicide of Rebecca and was unofficially ended November of 2022 and follows Pandora as his attempts to cope with the suicide of one of his "mommies" by infiltrating and attending a daycare amongus young children.
One Of Those Days
The comic starts with a miserable looking adult Pandora waking up with sunken, teary eyes. As (s)he pulls herself to the bathroom she thinks "Some days are better than others. I only just woke up... But I can already tell... that today isn't gonna be one of those days."
Pandora thinks about how she saw ((her)) in her dreams for the first time, and how it's the only place she'll ever see ((her)) again, and it causes indescribable pain. Pandora then pulls out "FOY [Fountain of Youth ] Water" with a label reading "2oz = 1 year taken off. Duration varies by person." to help dull the pain and just DRINK!s it, "Even if it's illegal."

Pandora begins to shrink in size and wanders as an infant out to Sammy, her currently alive "mommy" (and a [fat] bio female, go figure), asking if she hit that troonshine FOY water again so early.
As an infant, Pandora tells Sammy that she had a dream about "mama", Rebecca. It was a good dream, so much so that Pandora vocalizes that she didn't want to wake up from it. Sammy holds Pandora and tells her to let it out, "You can be little today".
Already on page five and there are parallels to alcoholism with Pandora hitting that troonshine FOY water "again" and "early" as a coping mechanism.
After a moment of silence, Sammy carries Pandora to get breakfast. Pandora vocalizes she is not hungry, but agrees to have a bottle in lieu of breakfast. This calms Pandora down to a state of disassociation, leading us to believe that escapism in the highest form is the only way Pandora can cope (which is obviously unhealthy, because you know this self-insert if a mirror image of it's autistic creator).
Fantasy is Bliss
The dissociative state in the previous page was enough to have put Pandora to sleep, so much so she is now dreaming of being a toddler in a stroller. All is well until she hears the voice of her recently 41%ed lost mother which causes her to go apeshit into distress, fighting against the restraints of the stroller trying to see Rebecca. The fighting is all for not, as she closes her eyes and finds herslef in a daycare:
There's a detail I would like to bring attention to here - in this story Rebecca we assume is the same age as Sammy, and in turn Pandora - all individuals of similar age, yet Pandora is reliving an experience where Rebecca drops her off at a daycare as a toddler. That leads me to believe that Pandora in this world has been amongst kids as a magical troonshine'd FOY Water'd adult no wonder FOY Water is illegal!
Getting back to the story, Pandora hurriedly looks around for Rebecca only to catch a glimpse of her leaving. Pandora, still a toddler tries to get Rebecca, only to be stopped by an adult telling her, "I know you want your mommy, but I promise this place will be good to you too." The adult coaxes Pandora to move on from the situation with play, which appears to work only for Pandora to wake back up in grim reality, no longer a toddler, but with the effects of the FOY Water wearing off. Pandora calls out to Sammy who is also known as "Zizi" to be released from her crib.
Exhibition
The scene shifts to the kitchen / dining room with Sammy stating, "Preschool? Sweetie, you know why we can't do that. If you get caught, you'll get in ENORMUS trouble." "So I just won't get caught." Pandora retorts, "It's not that hard to play a convincing 3-year-old." This sends Sammy into a crying fit, "No, it's too risky! If something were to happen... I... I can't lose you too..."
Reviewer's Note: I betcha they're talking about prison
Pandora silently agrees with Sammy, only for Sammy to take pity (?) on Pandora with a compromise - they can go grocery shopping, "...and I'll let you be a baby there. An hour or so in public won't hurt." This greatly pleases Pandora, making her do a soyjack face:
Pandora excitedly runs to her room and opens the "2-3 years old" drawer to pick out a ridiculous assortment of clothes, so ridiculous it would make a WASP mother scoff in distaste:

Sammy of course is unsettled Pandora hit that magical troonshine FOY Water hard AGAIN but glazes over it. Sammy pacifies Pandora and gets her situated in the car for secret exhibition shopping time.
If you thought it could not get any worse, the thoughts of the self-insert Pandora are "I get to be a baby outside!! Everyone will finally see me... the way I see myself!!"
Things go off without a hitch with Pandora enjoying the passing scenery, only for her to have realized she hit the bottle a little to hard, causing her to lose the ability of critical thinking. Sammy, seeing Pandora in a (more than atypical) atypical state, tries to get her to communicate, lest Pandora has succumbed to troonshine FOY Water poisoning (I don't think that's a canonical thing but I can't find a funnier way to describe it.) For a brief moment Sammy freaks out that she lost Pandora to the troonshine FOY Water, only for Pandora to point behind Sammy, saying "mommy", Sammy's heart skips a beat.
For a brief moment, Sammy thinks she sees Rebecca as a child, only to blink and be mistaken. Sammy breaks down, causing Pandora to follow suit. Having to be the adult, Sammy pulls herself out of it and comforts Pandora, who we still don't know the status of due to the overconsumption of bathtub troonshine FOY Water. Sammy tells Pandora she will always be there for her, only for the now compromised Pandora to babble back as they reach the store.
The scene then shifts to a visibly upset Pandora and a smug Sammy. Pandora wasn't conscious for the trip, and it was her own fault for hitting that bottle too hard.
I suppose exhibition is ineffective if you can't even remember it.
Mechanics
The next two pages are worldbuilding lore that matter little in the big scheme things seeing how this comic ends, but the explanation is that the FOY Water Pandora keeps downing like its illegal (because it is) can cause damage to the body and mind with frequent use requiring more of the sauce to be effective and a breaking point where the process of regression becomes irreversible (kind of like how opposite sex hormones in unnatural amounts fucks with the health of troons).
After explaining this very important lore about the magical baby troonshine Sammy breaks down in worry that she nearly lost Pandora to its now known effects.
Reviewer's Note: I wonder if this is a purposeful parallel to IRL Pandora's use of herbal mixes for Estrogen as a young adult and how he never showed any knowledge of negative effects.
The scene naturally shifts back to Pandora and displays self-harm scars on herself even though she is partially still under the influence of FOY. She sheepishly apologizes for causing the worry, we then get to the inducing part of the story, Sammy reflecting on how Rebecca would handle it, and if she would let Pandora go back to Preschool.
Another Reviewer's Note: Did you read the quoted section in "Catalyst for A Comic - Climax"? Rebecca had quite a store of art of herself as a minor in compromising positions and situations, what do you think Rebecca would have done?
Crossing The Line
After asking herself what Rebecca would have done in the situation of letting Pandora partake in real preschool as a FOY'd adult, Sammy KNOWS that Rebecca would join her - This is enough for Sammy to determine it is a good idea for Pandora to infiltrate and attend a preschool as a FOY'd-up adult.
Sammy commands Pandora to go to her room to pick out an outfit for preschool orientation. Pandora is once again excited to partake in secret(?) public exhibitionism and does as told while we see Sammy call "Lavender" for a favor.
We are then shifted to see an academy with Sammy going over the supplies Pandora would need for her "second first day of preschool" including some troonjuice FOY "juice".
Sammy has Pandora practice her mock child voice and goes over the rules, such as troonjuice I can't help myself FOY Water every 2 hours (Even from an alcoholism standpoint, every 2 hours is ) and other stereotypical childish characteristics. They then proceed into the classroom to meet "Lavender / Lav" who is familiar to Pandora.
It turns out, babyfurs are in the schools as educators
Lavender is in on it per Sammy's request, agreeing to switch from a first grade to preschool class to pay special attention to Pandora as she drunkenly (on the FOYsauce) enjoys the company of children secretly as an adult. Lavender lectures Pandora on how she needs to keep her guard up and how big this is to commit to, as well as the trouble she could get into. This causes Pandora to reflect on life in general:
The driving reasons for secretly living amongst children now does not appear to be because of Rebecca's troonicide death, but now because adult life is hard, and it only gets more stressful - I want to touch on this point more in closing. Lavender has Pandora promise that she is not doing this to run away from her feelings (which is why she has obviously been hitting that troonshine for) but this is covered up as a necessary step for the "healing process" :
On the final page of this abruptly short comic, Pandora admits to herself she is in fact doing this to run away from her feelings, alluding to how it has almost caused her suicide, knowing she now suddenly doesn't want to live without Rebecca, only to lie about how she needs the chance she is given to be among children:
Reviewer's Note: I have made it this far but I just can't help but point out how the self-insert is using an illegal substance (FOY Water) to become a child and infiltrate their spaces and yet probably knows very well that if it gets into the wrong hands (as if it isn't already) it would 100% be used by pedos to do what he is doing but much worse - yet it is okay for him because it is for "muh therapy".
Just a thought.
Rebecca's Legacy Resolution
This comic did not wrap up, but was abruptly ended: S / A
I can only guess it would have ended with Pandora succumbing to troonjoice poisoning but alas, we will never know (and I am okay with that).

This individual is a prime example of what I like to call a timeline cow, one with a rich and storied Internet footprint that tells a story that borders the absurd. Now that we have a complete understanding of the exhibition, rising action, climax, falling action and resolution, I can now paint for you the horrifyingly entertaining and otherworldly picture I myself see in this cow:
As a teenager and young adult, an autistic man with identity issues starts to struggle with his Christian identity with the prospect of being transsexual
This man continues to mature, he is swallowed deeper and deeper into communities that feed off of lovebombing and delusion, specifically troons and ABDLs
Maturing is no longer seen as necessary as he becomes more and more prominent in the groups that reinforce his black and white point of view, creating a delusion real to him
He imprints onto someone who he sees as a fetishistic mother figure - and could not have known them for more than three years tops, but as we see it made quite an impression
When this fetishistic mother figure killed themselves due to the effects of trooning, he (Rebecca) almost took him (Pandora) down with him (R), causing him (P) to spend years in grief, create a comic over the course of two years, tattoo his (P) skin in tribute, only for him (P) to finally recover and get back to what he believes is normalcy
He will never truly maintain a sense of normalcy like we do - forever seeing himself as a legitimate adult baby and any growth as unnecessary.
I could not imagine a worse hell than what this individual is stuck in, one of perpetual emotional stagnation with volatile and meaningless fetishistic relationships only based off pleasure from the inanimate, among the inability to develop a sense of self outside of what they have boxed themselves into.

I once came across this, when i was looking at World of Warcraft stuff.
And for some reason i read it in it's entirety. Aside from the random fucking at times, i found the story itself be entertaining enough and the art improved as the comic went on.
