Why keep drip feeding these new rules board by board if they're simply gonna enforce it sitewide anyway?

I just went to /pol/ and see this new sticky 4chan is kill.

if this isn't a more glaring example to how /pol/ is now basically a honeypot at this point, I don't know what is.
