I struggled with that boss in particular more than I care to admit. My FC mates acted like it was no big deal so I wasn't expecting it.
You don't get "banned", you get put in timeout for 30 minutes (sprouts/returners) or 3 hours (mentors). A mentor can kick anyone for basically any reason they feel like.

Friend of mine told me about some weirdly obsessed mentor who admitted to using PlayerScope in Phantom NN, screenshots were sent and I was amazed someone would get so upset over such a nothingburger to the point they'd out themselves publicly in game as a PlayerScope user. I don't think it's a coincidence that Tari just so happens to have brought up the same incident from the same perspective as Libitina. Find it quite ironic they're bitching about someone "breaking the ToS" when the dude's a well-known user of mods that definitely stray into outright cheating and said they'd used MMOMinion in the past too. The whining's too niche for it to be anyone else.
