Believe it or not, the Japanese "personal-safety alarm maker" brand Artec initially thought this was a child-safety video and expressed gratitude for featuring and promoting their well-known and popular yellow personal safety button by making a TikTok of an employee dancing to the song
Until they found out it was a lolicon video and were heavily criticized, they immediately took the video down and apologized for their ignorance and even took down their TikTok acocunt entirely. They had no clue what the context was.
This design is particularly targeted towards children (note the cute lemon shape and bright colors) and very popular amongst children and that is exactly why it is being used on "lolicon drawings" such as what you see in the UI shigure "loli god requiem" video
