ATTENTION
Special rules for the Destiny thread.
  • Don't engage footsoldiers. Whiteknights do not need 100 responses to every bait post; exercise restraint. Do not give attention to people who join and bomb the thread with negative reactions.
  • Practice harm reduction. Read our prudent poster's guide.
  • Don't write open letters to Destiny. It is very annoying attention seeking behavior. Just write normal posts.
Something else worth pointing out - Pxie's lawyers said they have served subpoenas to Discord, Google, Instagram and KiwiFarms ( @Null )

Ryle has uploaded his reaction to Pxie's filing.

I clipped this as well and included a transcript.

"Thoughts on the new court shit?"

I am currently searching for, uh, any high school girls from the ages of 14 to 16, because apparently that's who you need to hire to write briefs [laughs], to submit to the court. Jesus!

Umm... I don't think we have a chance to brief a brief. I think, umm, we’ve got to submit our filing, and then I think they get to do their reply. And, umm, I just [laughs], I don't know. I just—I don't know.

I don't know how far you can stretch the fabric of the court before they just like completely throw everything out of the whatever. Because, umm, I don't know, they just keep adding so much more random, crazy stuff. But I don't know, I guess we'll see. I don't know if I'll read their filing today or not. We'll see.

(...)

"When is the ruling on the PI stuff?"

Umm, well since it's just a preliminary injunction now and not a TRO, I think that it can be anywhere from two weeks to six months. I don't know if umm—I think it can just be whenever, so unfortunately it'll take a while.

The annoying thing is that there was a chance—I don't know how good the chance is, it's hard to estimate probability in any of it—there's like a chance that the entire case could get tossed as a result of the PI hearing if the recommendation is to ditch the preliminary injunction.

But then also, if the magistrate judge agrees that there is no subject matter jurisdiction because they don't have anything that fits the statute—whatever they're alleging is not in the range of the dates or whatever. But, now they've brought on more random stuff to try to make it seem like that is the case.

But we will—we don't get a chance to reply to that brief that they filed. So, we just wait for the magistrate judge now and then we just keep moving on, I think. Good times.

(...)

"So did they withhold that until now on purpose?"

That's not—so that's not a real thing, I think. That's like a TV thing, like the surprise witness or surprise whatever. Umm, technically anything that they—they shouldn't be adding more stuff to the suit because it wasn't initially part of the pleadings, right?

Umm, if you consider, you know, like a person's due process, or if you consider the rights of people who are accused of stuff or sued, like, all of the information is kind of supposed to be there in the complaint. And then you can go back and forth through your, you know, your pleading stage, your discovery phase, or whatever.

But it's not supposed to be like, "Well, in our last-second reply..." Literally filed by apparently somebody having a seizure because they try to file the same paperwork like 20 times, okay. In their last-minute reply, they now have another random affidavit from somebody and then another thing.

And umm—umm, I don't know, I'm not sure how much detail I wanna go into here, because I don't want to reveal, I guess, like my legal strategy. If I believe that the other side is just willing to literally make shit up—I don't know! I don't know, I'll think about it, but we'll see.

(...)

"When you're doing a lawsuit, do you come up with a strategy yourself, or do your lawyers come up with it?"

Always the lawyers. All I do is, I'm just, I'm willing to read a bunch—so if the plaintiff cites cases, like, I'll read it because I think a lot of the underlying material is kind of funny. Umm, because like the cases that they cite to—all of the cases involving the statute that they're bringing in to try to sue me under—the defendants are legitimately fucking unhinged.

So they'll cite, "Oh, well, you could see that a judge very clearly granted a preliminary injunction in this case..." Umm, Diaz v. Hernandez I think was one of them. If you read the underlying— the alleged behavior—it's unhinged. Like, the defendant there would be like a guy who's like mass sending, uhh like, videos taken, uhh, to like family and friends of the plaintiff because she won't respond to him, because he's still trying to date her, and then he's threatening to kill himself, and then he's trying to send it to her college. It's like legitimately fucking unhinged behavior.

And I'm like, why are you citing these underlying cases? The fact pattern is not even remotely similar here, holy shit. And neither is the evidence or the defenses in either case, too. But, I don't know, it's fine, whatever. Okay...

I'm not sure if Destiny's mentioned this before, but he reviewed the Ryan Beard video offline. Since he didn't end up responding to it in full on stream, we can assume he found it too difficult to counter its claims.

Destiny is jealous of the H3 crew's loyalty to Ethan.

I love that he characterizes the affidavit testimony as "random stuff," rather than what it is, which is direct evidence that he violated the statute he is being sued under. I'm in love with his beautiful mind.
1746317285213.webp
Genuinely, to live inside such a molested mind, to live under so much self delusion and cognitive dissonance, is beyond my understanding.
It's genuinely like an alien, like some failed attempt at a human, a poor and low quality imitation of a man.

He's going over the court docs on stream again :stress:

JSTLK is also reading them:

JSTLK has said that Destiny would just share links to an entire folder on google drive with his porn videos. People would get updated when he added new videos to the folder.

I can't clip shit right now so if anyone can pay attention to the Destiny stream it would be appreciated.

Destiny explains why responding to allegations is a lose-lose-lose situation.

"Destiny, is that true that you have to respond to allegations?"

Umm, I—this—I always call this like the lose-lose-lose. When people start digging up like personal stuff and they make claims against you, you're in a weird world. Because you both—if you don't respond, you look guilty. If you do respond, sometimes people—you can look guilty.

Sometimes you have to dig out even more personal information to respond and then people have more stuff to like dig through. It's kind of a—it really depends on, umm—it depends on a lot of stuff going on, I guess.

Destiny makes another sneering comment about the latest filings.

"You're literally a victim of a revenge porn, by the way."

Uh, I don't think I am, actually. I thought I was. Umm—I thought I was, but then I saw the unhinged [laughs]—the unhinged defense of that PI that was submitted to the court last night by apparently somebody having a seizure. Umm, and I realize now that I am not, okay? I'm a bad actor. Malicious.

I can't clip shit right now so if anyone can pay attention to the Destiny stream it would be appreciated.

I started recording but I think he's going to be at it for a while. I'll clip the whole section after the VOD is up.

Therefore, these links are public.
@Code Cave, does it matter whether the media was uploaded to Discord in a DM vs chat room, or does it contain a shareable link regardless?

I don't know if google drive URLs are unique.

It does not have an expiration date for regular users, it seems:

https://support.google.com/drive/answer/2494822?hl=en#

As far as URLs being unique, I tested and it is at least persistent across users granted access.
It seems to be permanent:
1746316405086.webp

It does seem like some files in Google Drive requires a resource key when being shared via link:
1746316829502.webp

In my own testing, only a few files was given a resource key that was required (and as long as the resource key is part of the URL, as it is automatically when copying it, it doesn't change anything as far as I can tell? If it is persistent?)

Anyways, doesn't seem like the files Destiny shared had one:

At a certain point, you have to fold.

I will never understand why people like Destiny and Nick insist on dragging this shit out.
Because he's holding out hope that someone, somewhere fucks up so bad in his favor that the case gets dismissed or he wins. Even though he's lost in the court of public opinion and it's only a matter of time before he loses the case since he's already admitted to sending the videos.
Pxie's team just need to establish to what extent he's sent them out. When they inevitably do it's all over for lil steve. I mean the guy is on record deleting logs and trying to archive them through a third party .Why didn't he just leave them up if he's innocent and the accusers are crazy.

Its important to remember there is a high chance that there are no legal consequences for this. One of the few things that Destiny is right about when talking about this lawsuit is that its very much in uncharted territory, and Pxie's subpar legal defense team isn't helping her case. More importantly IMO is that the legal repercussions shouldn't be the focus for most people. The sharing of personal pornography without consent, and the unbelievable victim intimidation he's been engaging with since this lawsuit began is what matters in terms of showing people what kind of person Destiny is.

I encourage this thread to remember what Destiny's response needed to be for it to be even remotely consistent with his values. Even if all he cared about was his own career, anything beyond "Hey, I can't speak about this case until it's done, but I encourage women to share their stories, and I think this is a reasonable misunderstanding that was not malicious on my part" would be a violation of the consent king rhetoric he campaigned on during his red pill debating arc.

To Destiny specifically - we all know you read this thread, and even if these women were "crazy", you would've been the first one to know that, before you slept with them! It doesn't just so happen that you consistently sleep with women who are "crazy" by your own terms, who seem to all claim sexual impropriety that is at least well beyond the limits of even highly promiscuous people. The simple FACT that you have been completely unable to refute is that you did not have explicit or reasonably implicit consent to share these videos to anyone (let alone a random e-girl you had barely spoken to), and that you fully understood the insanely high risk of these videos leaking considering who you were sending them to.

Genuine advice because its nauseating seeing you behave like this on stream, just as when StrangerMe told you to stop interacting with the kiwifarms thread, you need to stop talking about this case or any of the women involved. This goes beyond reputational damage, and its something that is disasterous to whatever political ideals you are attempting to forward. You will never be able to match the popularity of someone like Hasan because of this. You can't help yourself from engaging in behavior that is so bizarrely deviant that it would turn off anyone remotely normal and well adjusted from consuming your content, or seeing you as a political ally.

Destiny as your close and personal ally, ignore this faggotry.
@Destiny continue crashing out on stream, and MORE importantly, continue crashing out about me both in DMs with people and on stream.

Destiny who are you going to trust? "Brutal Number Girl" or Blav? who knows you the best?

But on a serious note:
Destiny doesn't actually believe in anything. I'm genuinely not joking or exaggerating when I say this, and I hope it isn't taken as if I am.
Destiny has ZERO interest in politics other than it being a teamsports, he cares about certain topics because he believes that having that opinion is the correct one, as in if you follow everything to their logical conclusion you are a moron if you believe in anything else, but he doesn't actually CARE about it.

Everything is just a game to him, but more importantly, he noticed that this new "game" allowed him access to a pool of fans with larger amounts of women in it, which is why he switched to it.

Everything in his life is genuinely dictated by pussy. Everything comes back to the brutal trauma that he suffered when he was a kid, that created his obsession with sex, that created his fetishes (most likely his obsession with eating cum), that created his inability to connect with family members and his son, that made him start to become manipulative (like many molestation victims do, not to say that all molestation victims are like Destiny, far from it, he's just specially sick in the head because of it).

The truth is that he doesn't care, all he cares is about managing to keep the ship afloat so even if his pool of women becomes significantly altered, he's still going to have something.
That's why deleting evidence, intimidating girls, harassing, doxxing, and threatening to kill people, it's all worth it because it's the only way he sees that he'll be able to retain a semblance of ambiguity that he's not guilty of what the girls are alleging.

Genuinely, he's just a molested, sex addicted, freak. There's nothing going on in that head of his beyond that, everything else that he spews is completely bullshit, he doesn't even care about his son or mom, not in the same way as a normal person would at the very least.

@Code Cave, does it matter whether the media was uploaded to Discord in a DM vs chat room, or does it contain a shareable link regardless?
No, it doesn't matter and Destiny knows this. After Reckful killed himself, Destiny used the Discord DMs with him as media storage. If he wanted to share a file from his phone, he would DM it to Reckful then paste the link to someone else. I quickly searched for a clip:
"I no longer message dead friends on Discord to keep track of things".
Anyways, doesn't seem like the files Destiny shared had one:
Thank you for checking. Someone else might be able to clarify or tell me I'm full of shit, but I am essentially touching on the concept of "non-repudiation". That is, there is a chance that Destiny can't seriously deny that he sent the video of Pxie.

For example, if the google drive URLs were all like:

destinydrive/PXIEBLOWJOB

and Abby had a screenshot of a URL that was:

destinydrive/MELINABLOWJOB

Destiny could say "well, obviously that wasn't the Pxie video". However, if the actual URL is something like destinydrive/randomshit and the link leads to a deleted video, Destiny can't deny that it was the Pxie video. I suppose it also depends on what kind of logs they can get from Google too.

Another important point for people not reading the whole document. Abby messaged a friend saying she had a video of Pxie in 2023 and she still has a copy of the messages. Abby also got sent the Chaeiry audio. "the video was a black screen with audio of their sexual interactions":

Wes leaked that destiny is searching for dirt on abbymc in the background
He's genuinely the scum of the earth. @Destiny nice try faggot, nothing you ever do in life will ever give you back the innocence that was stolen from you against your will.
You will never know what it's like to have a normal childhood, what it's like to have a normal relationship with your siblings, with your parents, with your cousins, with your uncles.

You will always be nothing more than the inevitable result of the trauma you experienced, added to your parents neglecting you, added to having to clean the piss of your Alzheimer riddled grandma. Completely unable to fit the role of a father, so you abandoned your only child to chase pussy like a desperate, hungry, puppy. Completely being unable to find or form any normal relationship with the people you slept with, all noting how you seemed entirely not there.
And the only girl who you seem to actually form what appeared to be a more normal relationship, she rejected you as she couldn't see herself having an actual relationship with you.

A joke of a man, broken 26+ years ago, simply wandering the world, permanently marked by his trauma.

Footsoldiers do this thing, in which they convince random small streamers into reacting to Destiny content, and groom them into becoming "friends" (sexting) with Destiny.
It's not always succesful, but it happens often enough that it's a pattern. It happened countless times over the many years that I watched Destiny content.

I noticed some hours ago that they were watching this asian streamer, and her stream title was something like "ex college debater reacts", and realized that's what was happening, but didn't post it in the thread because it's weird to simply come in the thread and say "Hey, there's this asian chick, and there's a 90% likelihood that Destiny is going to take advantage of her in the future"
However, I now see he commented on her existence so I thought it makes it a little more normal for me to post about her.

I know it's against the rules to encourage or suggest off-site behaviour, however, I also know there's a bunch of DGGsnarkers who read the thread, and I can't really control what they do. So what any of them does is out of my hands, but I also think I should post it in the thread since it's just my regular alogging.

@Destiny , don't worry boss, from now on I'll keep the thread updated on all your future potential victims.:semperfidelis:
