Something else worth pointing out - Pxie's lawyers said they have served subpoenas to Discord, Google, Instagram and KiwiFarms ( @Null )

I love that he characterizes the affidavit testimony as "random stuff," rather than what it is, which is direct evidence that he violated the statute he is being sued under. I'm in love with his beautiful mind.Ryle has uploaded his reaction to Pxie's filing. Surprisingly, he accuses Pxie's lawyers of lying!

"Thoughts on the new court shit?"
I am currently searching for, uh, any high school girls from the ages of 14 to 16, because apparently that's who you need to hire to write briefs [laughs], to submit to the court. Jesus!
Umm... I don't think we have a chance to brief a brief. I think, umm, we’ve got to submit our filing, and then I think they get to do their reply. And, umm, I just [laughs], I don't know. I just—I don't know.
I don't know how far you can stretch the fabric of the court before they just like completely throw everything out of the whatever. Because, umm, I don't know, they just keep adding so much more random, crazy stuff. But I don't know, I guess we'll see. I don't know if I'll read their filing today or not. We'll see.
(...)
"When is the ruling on the PI stuff?"
Umm, well since it's just a preliminary injunction now and not a TRO, I think that it can be anywhere from two weeks to six months. I don't know if umm—I think it can just be whenever, so unfortunately it'll take a while.
The annoying thing is that there was a chance—I don't know how good the chance is, it's hard to estimate probability in any of it—there's like a chance that the entire case could get tossed as a result of the PI hearing if the recommendation is to ditch the preliminary injunction.
But then also, if the magistrate judge agrees that there is no subject matter jurisdiction because they don't have anything that fits the statute—whatever they're alleging is not in the range of the dates or whatever. But, now they've brought on more random stuff to try to make it seem like that is the case.
But we will—we don't get a chance to reply to that brief that they filed. So, we just wait for the magistrate judge now and then we just keep moving on, I think. Good times.
(...)
"So did they withhold that until now on purpose?"
That's not—so that's not a real thing, I think. That's like a TV thing, like the surprise witness or surprise whatever. Umm, technically anything that they—they shouldn't be adding more stuff to the suit because it wasn't initially part of the pleadings, right?
Umm, if you consider, you know, like a person's due process, or if you consider the rights of people who are accused of stuff or sued, like, all of the information is kind of supposed to be there in the complaint. And then you can go back and forth through your, you know, your pleading stage, your discovery phase, or whatever.
But it's not supposed to be like, "Well, in our last-second reply..." Literally filed by apparently somebody having a seizure because they try to file the same paperwork like 20 times, okay. In their last-minute reply, they now have another random affidavit from somebody and then another thing.
And umm—umm, I don't know, I'm not sure how much detail I wanna go into here, because I don't want to reveal, I guess, like my legal strategy. If I believe that the other side is just willing to literally make shit up—I don't know! I don't know, I'll think about it, but we'll see.

"When you're doing a lawsuit, do you come up with a strategy yourself, or do your lawyers come up with it?"
Always the lawyers. All I do is, I'm just, I'm willing to read a bunch—so if the plaintiff cites cases, like, I'll read it because I think a lot of the underlying material is kind of funny. Umm, because like the cases that they cite to—all of the cases involving the statute that they're bringing in to try to sue me under—the defendants are legitimately fucking unhinged.
So they'll cite, "Oh, well, you could see that a judge very clearly granted a preliminary injunction in this case..." Umm, Diaz v. Hernandez I think was one of them. If you read the underlying— the alleged behavior—it's unhinged. Like, the defendant there would be like a guy who's like mass sending, uhh like, videos taken, uhh, to like family and friends of the plaintiff because she won't respond to him, because he's still trying to date her, and then he's threatening to kill himself, and then he's trying to send it to her college. It's like legitimately fucking unhinged behavior.
And I'm like, why are you citing these underlying cases? The fact pattern is not even remotely similar here, holy shit. And neither is the evidence or the defenses in either case, too. But, I don't know, it's fine, whatever. Okay...
I love that he characterizes the affidavit testimony as "random stuff," rather than what it is, which is direct evidence that he violated the statute he is being sued under. I'm in love with his beautiful mind.
"Destiny, is that true that you have to respond to allegations?"
Umm, I—this—I always call this like the lose-lose-lose. When people start digging up like personal stuff and they make claims against you, you're in a weird world. Because you both—if you don't respond, you look guilty. If you do respond, sometimes people—you can look guilty.
Sometimes you have to dig out even more personal information to respond and then people have more stuff to like dig through. It's kind of a—it really depends on, umm—it depends on a lot of stuff going on, I guess.
"You're literally a victim of a revenge porn, by the way."
Uh, I don't think I am, actually. I thought I was. Umm—I thought I was, but then I saw the unhinged [laughs]—the unhinged defense of that PI that was submitted to the court last night by apparently somebody having a seizure. Umm, and I realize now that I am not, okay? I'm a bad actor. Malicious.
I can't clip shit right now so if anyone can pay attention to the Destiny stream it would be appreciated.
@Code Cave, does it matter whether the media was uploaded to Discord in a DM vs chat room, or does it contain a shareable link regardless? Therefore, these links are public.
I don't know if google drive URLs are unique.
Because he's holding out hope that someone, somewhere fucks up so bad in his favor that the case gets dismissed or he wins. Even though he's lost in the court of public opinion and it's only a matter of time before he loses the case since he's already admitted to sending the videos. At a certain point, you have to fold.
I will never understand why people like Destiny and Nick insist on dragging this shit out.
Its important to remember there is a high chance that there are no legal consequences for this. One of the few things that Destiny is right about when talking about this lawsuit is that its very much in uncharted territory, and Pxie's subpar legal defense team isn't helping her case. More importantly IMO is that the legal repercussions shouldn't be the focus for most people. The sharing of personal pornography without consent, and the unbelievable victim intimidation he's been engaging with since this lawsuit began is what matters in terms of showing people what kind of person Destiny is.At a certain point, you have to fold.

Destiny as your close and personal ally, ignore this faggotry.Genuine advice because its nauseating seeing you behave like this on stream, just as when StrangerMe told you to stop interacting with the kiwifarms thread, you need to stop talking about this case or any of the women involved. This goes beyond reputational damage, and its something that is disasterous to whatever political ideals you are attempting to forward. You will never be able to match the popularity of someone like Hasan because of this. You can't help yourself from engaging in behavior that is so bizarrely deviant that it would turn off anyone remotely normal and well adjusted from consuming your content, or seeing you as a political ally.
No, it doesn't matter and Destiny knows this. After Reckful killed himself, Destiny used the Discord DMs with him as media storage. If he wanted to share a file from his phone, he would DM it to Reckful then paste the link to someone else. I quickly searched for a clip:@Code Cave, does it matter whether the media was uploaded to Discord in a DM vs chat room, or does it contain a shareable link regardless?
Thank you for checking. Someone else might be able to clarify or tell me I'm full of shit, but I am essentially touching on the concept of "non-repudiation". That is, there is a chance that Destiny can't seriously deny that he sent the video of Pxie.Anyways, doesn't seem like the files Destiny shared had one:
I would pay money to see Destiny try to debate bro L if L existed.View attachment 7314499
Genuinely, to live inside such a molested mind, to live under so much self delusion and cognitive dissonance, is beyond my understanding.
It's genuinely like an alien, like some failed attempt at a human, a poor and low quality imitation of a man.
He's genuinely the scum of the earth. @Destiny nice try faggot, nothing you ever do in life will ever give you back the innocence that was stolen from you against your will.View attachment 7315559
Wes leaked that destiny is searching for dirt on abbymc in the background
