The vid that sold me on the channel was when dude basically dug a snow-tunnel shelter into the thick Alaskan snow. Shit went down like 12 feet. He's also always eating real good, which is always the best part of any of these camping videos.
That explains the comical degree of cheery wholesomeness

Luke produces fine camping videos to have playing while camping on a toilet. The only other time I feel like watching him is if it's the middle of winter and I've just sat down to consume a challenging amount of soup.

I watched his video's while I was dying a while back. Great video's for motivating you to want to do things. Don't really care about his religion, he seems wholesome so that's enough for me. He also shows some truly beautiful outback that I doubt most even think about.
