No idea who this YouTuber is, but this video showed up in my recommended feed last night. I'm not sure how much of this stuff is truly new, since I haven't been paying any attention to this case for a while now, but there was quite a few details in here that I hadn't seen before.

I read through it, a perfectly healthy 17 y/o with the exception of a 1.5 cm cyst in the right kidney's cortex. A very common finding, he probably had it since birth, so it would be a congenital cyst. Benign cysts are common in the kidney, they are of no interest and are not a risk for anything really. 1.5 cm is a decent size, but it is likely he never knew it was there. The scars observed are consistent with someone who was a cutter, so BPD is likely.

As far as the brain size being on the low side, we have to discount the matter that was lost when he blew his brains out. Without knowing how much was sent flying, it's hard to say what the actual mass should be.
