I was reporting posts mainly for being off topic and/or irrelevant in the Jessica Boyle/NakedandLaughing thread. Mind you, this thread won thread of the year for female cows. The goal is to be able to read a thread from start to finish, when threads are allowed to be derailed for months it makes them hard to follow. To ban someone for trying to clean up a thread is incredibly counter productive. If Useful_Idiot does not like it then they can simply step down as a moderator. The blame does not lie on me for making the reports, but rather on those who derailed the thread in the first place. This ban is pretty asinine as all I was trying to do was help the site out and the dude acted like a little child, especially after I gave you the go ahead to reveal the idea of Bluespike as Max with his permission with all the evidence as of today, something that has been secret for decades. If you want to keep the ban in place it's whatever, no skin off my dick but it's not a way to build good will by telling people to fuck off when they're actively trying to help the site.

He was also one of the Clyde Cash's, Boba Fuckk, Billy Mays, Surf Shack Tito, Miyamoto, etc. and I know he has been verified on the Farms. The reason he trusts me with this info is I have an LLC with himself, Joshua Roberts, and boknherr aka BigBalls69. This LLC is meant to go after people like the Praetor similar to what you did to the Idea Guys except with us we plan to use copyrights to prevent sick fucks and their gatekeepers from profitting off of said cows. Alright, I've been really kind about this. I've stayed away from the farms as has Garr and we've let Lorinth handle most of our shit but this is out of hand.

This user has stalked and harassed me for over a year now. I haven't bitched about it, haven't bothered them, barely engaged them. 10 days ago I recieved a ban simply stating, "I asked nicely, but that didn't work"

This ban message was incredibly vague but said it would be lifted today at 5 p.m Upon logging in it now just says my account is banned with no further clarification. All I had previously done was report spam and off topic messages in the NakedandLaughing/Jessica Boyle thread, the vast majority of which have now been deleted as the thread went from 263 pages at the time of my reports yo 259 pages at the time of my last post. I am a bit confused as to why I was given a ban and not given any sort of detail as to why. Any assistance on getting this lifted would be lovely

I recieved a random ban while uploading a file for the reason, "sock account". This is the second such random ban in a short period of time for seemingly no reason. I had asked Null for a sock check on a different account today(lol) and also pointed out to him that when I did as a mod requested regarding reports they still had a hissy fit and simply refused to moderate. I feel this ban is unjust and was done because of said conversation with Null so I ask this be reviewed by him as there's no reason I should be retaliated against for asking for a sock check and then filing reports for people taking a thread off topic.

The confusion was that this clip seems to be from a third party, which he later clarifies he somehow convinced the guy to give up rights to, and went so far as to register the clip with the United States Copyright Office to prove ownership. I don't really have a choice but to believe him..

Yes, the original clip was taken from the Cocaine Tim Allen channel though we share joint ownership of the clip as we are both featured in the episode and both have signed the paperwork required for the copyright for said episode through the United States Copyright Office. Copyright will be registered jointly to myself and Garrett Chrominsky of Jackson,TN as we both serve as hosts of the show as well as the affiliate tard wranglers(he did Currycel where I did Bowser)

Unfortunately, this is the best I can get from LoC themselves while the copyrights process. No names of holders, no addresses, nothing. Best I got is the name of the file and the that it shows payment made and file uploaded which is spectacularly bad web design, not that that's outside the norm for federal standards really but you would think a line for at least the name of the holder would be there so that's all I can provide from the LoC until they finish processing them.

Interpersonal disputes are not the basis of a copyright complaint.

Removal of a watermark is also not a basis for a copyright complaint. If there is transformative commentary it falls under fair use regardless, and sometimes especially because, of how the video is mutilated or edited.

Good morning,

I am unsure which email of which to address this to but I have been forced to file a complaint to the FBI through their IC3 platform due to some behavior by an incredibly mentally unstable individual. Kiwifarms user anliteralidiot has been harassing me for well over a year at this point, that's fine, but two days ago she decided to "pozload my negholep" by sending an email to my girlfriend's sister,
grandmother, father, and dead mother. This is beyond the pale even for the Farms and isn't behavior that is permissible even on the Farms. A report was made to the police in Deland, FL but they recommended to go to the FBI as this would be interstate. We do have anliteralidiot's information from a police report she falsely filed under my username, however, as that report was falsely filed I am unsure if that info is correct. Either way, I want to bring this report to your attention in case further action is necessary. Generally the FBI is not very quick to respond, if they respond at all, but this type of behavior was certainly planned on the Farms and could cause further issue if not addressed promptly. This user has been problematic to more than just myself and I know of at least three fairly large YouTubers having had prior issues. Attached you will find the IC3 report, the email she sent, and the message from my girlfriend's sister which explains the emails were not sent to Jessica.

A while back in the Cyraxx thread, when his 2025 leaks came though, I posted the information that can be gathered about the user of these two accounts, who was claiming to be prolific figures in Chris Chan History, @gengara, and allegedly a new account operated by him, but also possibly TK, @NKWNED.

To my interpretation of events, they were trying to set up an organized copyright operation on lolcow content, with NAL & White Bowser, even so in Null's OP here, there's this quote which further confirms my hunch.

The scary thing is, the girl is real, but I think that he has the hots for her but not reciprocated, and that he's trying to manufacture a victim scenario where she may need to be dependent on him, as he touts faux knowledge of what's going on... IMO atleast. It's tinfoil as fuck, but not out of the realm of possibility.
