Yes, I'm aware I'm necroing a comment from 2018 but I didn't see it addressed.

Chronic nitrous use can lead to demyelinization since it interferes with B12 metabolism. It's a mechanism, in broad strokes, similar to how carbon monoxide binds to hemoglobin so it no longer participates in O2/CO2 exchange. N2O does something similar to the cobalt in B12.

This is a particularly sneaky condition because a patient's B12 levels will look normal, even though it's no longer bioactive. Given the recent surge in popularity of Galaxy Gas, tests able to detect this are hopefully in the works.

INTERESTINGLY, given where Kelly started, B12 is also important in red blood cell production, so the "mysterious" anemia that seems to have started it all could also result from her being a NOS-head. If she is one.

Nah, Kelly is an old school traditional munchie. Her case is unique even from a lot of modern day munchies, simply because a lot of the modern ones will just use the internet to get the attention they need. It's a lot easier to fake that stuff online than it is in person.

If you just want attention the internet is enough. If you want doctor attention, you have to work for it; and say what you will about Miss Kelly, but she has certainly put in more time and effort to get her doctor's attention, than most people will ever invest in anything in their lives. (Which is a good thing, a level of dedication where you're willing to rip apart and pick away at your own legs to the point of stumps isn't good)

I'm sorry to bump this without any new milk, but I spent the weekend rereading the thread, the Imgur album is gone, and in looking for an archive I found this site https://www.documentingreality.com/...n-canadian-kellys-rotten-leg-pictures-233560/

There's a shit ton of images I'd never seen before, including some incredible post-graft ones. They reference this thread directly, so I'm not too worried about archiving it, but I did hit my view limit before I could, so if someone less dumb could archive at least those post-graft pictures I'd appreciate you!
