Thanks for the info. I was looking for a laptop that I could dual boot, but if I could put it on a usb to mess with , all the better.

Out of curiosity, why do people now still prefer cygwin over WSL? I used cygwin back a decade ago, but I've found WSL more ergonomic, am I missing...
