It's just game "journos" flailing in anger just like they did 10 years ago when they were exposed as a bunch of morons who fucked each other and shilled garbage games as long as they got kickbacks like all-expenses paid trips. They lost their minds when they saw the jig was up and were being replaced by YouTubers like TotalBiscuit.

Now history repeats itself, and these panty-sniffers are flailing again, knowing that what little money and kickbacks are left is going down the drain as companies realize it's cheaper and less hassle to just let a toaster do their jobs. Why deal with people like Abcessa or pay the insurance on their titty skittles when a computer does it for a fraction of the cost without screeching about why the latest Zelda game doesn't feature a black Muslim trans lesbian?

It has been repeatedly discussed, the "dox" was actually a personal information aggregator website. Her address was one of the first google hits if you searched for her name, her boyfriend's name and combined it with "Brooklyn".

That she keeps harping about this OBJECTIVE falsehood is absolutely laughable.

The judge has dismissed the only 2 defamation cases that came before her, one for jurisdiction issues like what Ron is gunning here for what its worth. From what I've read the judge considering a motion to dismiss without a conference is a good sign for Jeffy boy as well. Trying to be objective as possible I think Alyssa's legal strategy might have been successful if every legal document they submitted wasn't dragging the reader through exhausting hyperbolic mire. I think Rons support letter reads alot better and does a better job of accurately citing case law.

I think it'll be dismissed on jurisdiction issues if I was a betting man.

The second case the judge dismissed due to failure to state a claim, which is the other option Ron is aiming for here.
But I agree, I think it will simply be dismissed without prejudice due to lack of jurisdiction.

A dismissal would automatically award costs. That's just how it works. That would be shit like printing out papers. It would be a couple hundred bucks.

The important thing is FEES. Those could go into six figures.

You are posting about a competitive, RANKED game mode, Alyssa. People are going to be passionate or downright "toxic" because they want to fucking win. You want to know why you're spending the entire season climbing back to your previous rank? Because you're not winning enough to get to the next rank! Sure, Marvel Rivals is a team game. Sometimes you're gonna get people on your team that suck and lose as a result of it, or you'll have an off game as a consistently decent player, it happens in any team game. But if you win consistently and show that you're even slightly better (50.5% - 52% winrate) than the people you play against, you should see AT LEAST a marginal improvement in your rank in any team game...

But who'd have guessed it - YOU'RE NOT BETTER THAN THE PEOPLE YOU PLAY WITH! In fact, you're not even "a regular player showing growth", you have a worse winrate than 94% of players according to this statistics site! You win 41% (haha) of the ranked games you participate in!

When you play badly, you have to play more and play better to get back to your previous rank. Don't fucking blame the system when it's working as intended. If you were 50%+ winrate I wouldn't even have made this post. You're blaming twitchy, annoying, toxic players when you are most of the problem. Which is totally in character for you!

That's what I was wondering though, if people are expecting her to get hit with the court fees
