"Washington State Human Rights" likely refers to "Washington State Human Rights Commission" which does not require an individual to sue on their own behalf as I understand it

Then she has a fantastic opportunity here. Not only could she sue Patrick and take the half hovel, but then she could move in and seduce Nikki. Try getting in there and really understanding her the way only a woman and enemy of Rick could. After years of depression and, related, years spent with Patrick as her partner, she may well be open to the idea of becoming a born again lesbian. At this point she looks like she'd be open to it tbh.

Patrick would lose his home and once again lose his wife to his rival, Nikki could finally be satisfied as a lesbian cat lady, and everything would be right in the world.
