That night on powtank was the best night of any fishtank spin off there was. IMO powtank was the best spinoff, I don't care to listen to spanish and gregtent while admirale doesn't do it for me
Powtank really did have soul, though I forget the majority of it and most of what I remember was TJ-related. He really was by far the most entertaining person there and proved again that he could actually be a content machine when given some alcohol. Claire, Abi, and that black dude were all nontent. Of all the fishtank spinoffs, this and segregated were the only ones where I actually sat through the entire thing as it aired.I could ramble more about Powtank. I still think of the Fishtank spin offs that have been made, it was probably the best one in the terms of actually replicating the feeling. Kinda makes me wish Jacob attempted it again.
1. SeGREGated - Said this before but it felt like a typical Greg stream but with higher production value. It was often boring but had charm and everything from the moment Burt showed up until the ending was absolute kino. The dinner date, the pieing, the meltdowns. It was a great weekend of content and the finale was really good.

3. ADL - I didn't watch at all after the first week but it had a surprisingly good cast and the behind the scenes shenanigans were interesting and really fun to speculate on. The hot-mic coke snorting session was hilarious. I feel like this one best replicated the feeling of early season 1 fishtank, at least during the time I watched it. Everything after the first week was so badly done and boring that I couldn't stand to watch it anymore but I really liked following the updates in the thread. Only reason it's not last is because the spectacle of it all being such a disaster made it noteworthy and unique.
4. ConGREGated - The cast was absolute AIDS and the show was pretty directionless. I tapped out on consistently watching it after the first weekend. Every time I tuned in after that it was just karaoke or Blacksmith's wife being so annoying that you couldn't hear anything else going on, which caused everyone else to shut down as the alpha female screeched and danced around like a monkey. It felt like all the show had was fishtoys and challenges, but no typical reality show producing of exploiting the personalities of the contestants to create drama or funny situations. I think the reason that this one was bad was because Greg unfortunately, while being 10x more likable and watchable than the entire cast of ConGREGated combined, is simply not content minded and doesn't have the makings of a comedy show producer. Part of what make SeGREGated good was the push and pull of Frank wanting to make something funny and entertaining with his hassling and Greg just wanting to eat edibles, play video games, and chill with good vibes. For ConGREGated, Greg was in the director's chair and made the creative decision to neuter Frank into just being a guy who delivers bananas and pies people in the face. Still, it was a commendable effort.
5. Sardinetank - I only watched the final couple days when Alex B showed up and for a guy who is obsessed with fishtank and spends ungodly amounts of money on it, Aperture has the worst content instincts of any producer above. He actively discouraged content and chastised people for being wild and crazy such as Alex B and the fat annoying chick while he sat on his fat ass, bitched about how stressed he was, and ripped the bong. Alex B was really funny on it and brought the content. The most kino moment of it was Aperture making Alex B officiate a fake wedding turned real proposal the day after he announced that he would be divorcing his wife (which never happened), causing him to have a meltdown and shit on Aperture. If Aperture had done this to fuck with Alex B it would have been really funny but I'm pretty damn sure that he's just so stupid he didn't even realize that having Alex B do this at the time might have made him feel some type of way. It was more of a hang out for fishtank orbiters than an actual show.
El Estanque I haven't watched hardly at all but I heard it's been good. The first time I actually tuned in was yesterday and all I can say about it was that I liked Fenix and thought she was pretty funny. The Ethan Ralph stuff I saw was also really funny and I love that dog Canelo.
