Thanks to some Kiwis at Multnomah County Corrections all of Phil's assigned service will be in direct support of Kiwi Farms and Zionists.

I can see the smart beautiful renegade ANTIFA crime minister going with the time tested tactic of not getting caught utilized by reprobates for ages. He has plenty of pockets on his larpgear to hide some mace in. Nobody will ever know. Either that or he will just go outside even less.
