No one knows. It's all speculation so far.

I'm putting my money on currently alive but he's unsure if he's acatually nearing the end this time for realsies so he's staying quiet. He'll either die or live long enough to need another round of grifting to pay for his medical bills

I’ve had migraines that would have kept me offline even if Jim face doxed. Never had cancer or any of the other shit listed in his medical records, but can imagine such circumstances really winnow one’s priorities.
