I’m going to be fair to QoP, it’s possible that he got a partial truth in that Jim might’ve actually had another heart attack.

But it’s also likely he was fed a half truth and led around to look an idiot once again.

Brian Dunn's story wasn't just that Jim died but that he died on a specific day, he had a trusted source and that Jade was going to prepare a video about it. All across the board it was just a fabrication. Everyone was predicting the obvious that Jim's health probably worsened but his story stood out because he made up details.

Jim did say on a stream ages ago that what he does when he's about to livestream is he calls the police and tells them that they might get a fake call about him and to not follow up on it. So it's likely they were well aware it was probably a hoax.
