By checking data breaches for his name, we can find an email (stephan.johansson@hotmail.com), an IP address, and an old username (Dvine909):


The IP address geolocates to Landskrona, a town in Skåne County:

If you try to log in to AllTheFallen using an email address which is not registered, you will get a "user could not be found" error:

I found this video to be informative, But if you don’t want to watch the whole thing, here’s my summary. A

First off this law does not ban anime even those that contain loli characters.

This law (A) bans the depiction of minors (actual, cartoon or animation) in situations that are described in Section 43.21 (a) (1) (b).

While some people like to claim this is a very broad definition that is completely false. Section 43.21 (a) (1) (b) (Archive) is very specific in that it only includes material that contains “patently offensive representations or descriptions of masturbation, excretory functions, sadism, masochism, lewd exhibition of the genitals, the male or female genitals in a state of sexual stimulation or arousal, covered male genitals in a discernibly turgid state or a device designed and marketed as useful primarily for stimulation of the human genital organs”.


The video also talked about a similar law on the federal level already exists 18 U.S. Code § 1466A (Archive) - also called the Miller standard. In fact this federal law has already been used in a prosecution against a someone for possessing lolicon material. This is described in more detail in the video sourced, but the case itself is called United States v Handley (A). The long and short is that Handley was found to be in possession of almost 2000 pieces of lolicon material, and was charged by the federal government. He tried to appeal to a Federal judge getting his charges throw out on the grounds that it was a violation of the first amendment. Here is the judges response (via Wikipedia) (A).


This ruling means that it is not a first amendment violation to prosecute someone for breaking the law using lolicon as evidence.

Now are these laws the same? No, Texas’ law is much harsher. The big differences for lolicon is that it’s now illegal to own with the intent to view and it’s easier to prosecute just by the nature of being on the state level.

I’ll try to find out what agencies you can report violations of SB 20 tomorrow.

TLDR: Texas has declared total lolicon death.
