When the profit margins are in the billions, 250 million is effectively just a bribe to the government officals. Or the cost of doing business. Or a random tax. Whatever you choose, don't use the terms 'justice' or 'deterrent' because it damn sure isn't either of those.

Consider James Boasberg, who in his arrogance demanded that planes deporting illegal aliens turn around to bring the invaders back to the USA. Remember Nathalie Rose Jones, who traveled to DC and threatened to kill the president? Boasberg has released her:

Removing Boasberg from the bench at once would be a step toward restoring sanity.

So I got a call from one of my old slum lord clients.

Super short version his shack was rented by a mexican dude who made very very good money working in a food processing plant.

But it was basically a straw man rental the dudes job was over an hour drive away no one wants to commute that hard and there was lady living in the shack. It was just shady but the dude paid on time and really didnt complain much.

He gave notice start of this month. Paid as well. Mr slum lord wanted me to "remind" what my warnings were about. So I called the nice widower next door matt. He explained that basically there was an old man, and a young man living there with that woman. Old dude did not leave for work and in fact it looks like they left over the holiday week and arent back yet.

Sorry to ramble but old matt remarked that maybe they self deported....lol.

I told mr slum lord I would not be back in town to handle his rental turn, he asked for my rolodex....like fuck I d give him that. Though I did tell him, he might just want to turn the place fast, and ask for the same amount of rent.
 
Less than a year ago, Democrats were trying to pass off Tim Walz as a sane moderate to counterbalance the San Francisco radical Kamala Harris.
