Aggravating factors on counts 1, 2 based on political expression

C3: Obstruction of justice (2nd degree felony) for concealing the rifle
C4: Obstruction of justice (2nd degree felony) for disposing the clothing worn
C5: Witness tampering (3rd degree felony) for directing the roommate to delete incriminating texts
C6: Witness tampering (3rd degree felony) for directing the roommate remain silent if questioned by police
C7: Commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child (class A misdemeanor)


Notice of intent to seek the death penalty has been filed
 
Listening to the conference on the shooter right now and hearing them describe that the rifle he used was a family heirloom, and it belonged to his grandfather is so frustrating. No respect for his grandfather at all when he condemned that weapon.

For once in a big while I agree with The Daily Wire cucks. While she is correct that threats, calls to violence, defamation etc. Should be enforced more evenly (the far left has benefitted far too much from being shielded). Using the term "hate speech" to mean that is still retarded. Granted, I will give her the benefit of the doubt. She is a white woman after all. While she was correct these laws already existed, and we should enforce them more evenly. She did start to go KAREN mode with her rhetoric. But despite it clearly being a slip of the tongue. I can and will criticize and laugh at said slip.
