depends, will there be dangerhairs and fat bitches in the dev team? if yes, then the remake would be toned down, even the racist steleotypes would be neutered and maggie chow would be grand master of the order instead of lucius.
and if soydevs were innit, you can guess it would be on unreal slopgine 5 and poorly optimized, for as much as i'd like to meme on it timmy tencent is right once he dunked on randy, people make games in UE5 for high end-systems and trying and cram it on lower end-systems instead of starting the project with a focus on a low-end system then upping the ante for the nasa computers.

Modern writers swapped nuance for predictability. For example: any movie directed by Kathleen Kennedy is the same, villains will be over the top evil and yet, sometimes accidentally be more sympathetic than the alleged heroes, especially when those are self-inserts (must be why the answer seems to be to make the bad guys lack leadership and make it a vague blob of sorts), and so on. The best part is when they try to be subtle (like an all white faction which of course are all Naaazis compared to the impossibly diverse hero squad).

if this shit bombs, and i hope it does.
this means no one will try to touch and remaster DX1 for a looong time, so it's a win-win situation.
hell i've seen in the comments people saying nightfag should be the ones doing the remaster and that would be a terrible thing, they would turn DX1 into System Shock 2, ewww.

Going to be optimistic because the gameplay might be better than the OG, since all of us who played deus ex don't exactly play it for the graphics.

It looks equally shitty graphics wise as that GTA San Andreas remaster.
