Had Salah's father been entwined with the Assad regime they would have never been allowed to live in/stay in Kuwait. During and post the Arab spring protests in Syria, Kuwait cracked down hard on Syrians in their country and closed all government ties with them including their embassy in Damascus. If this random somehow knows about these ties I would imagine the government there would also and they would have been deported immediately.

People sending Chantal money are not sending money to a sanctioned country, they are sending it to A) A Canadian registered PayPal account or B) A Canadian registered google account (which she is still a citizen of and well within her rights to have). For all intents and purposes the paper trail stops there. She does not have a middle eastern banking institution so the money isn't being transferred to any sanctioned country. She is accessing her money via an international kiosk in Lebanon which is completely normal and what they are made for. No red flags would be raised for doing so.

Any agency, FBI, RCMP or otherwise would watch maybe 1 of Chantal's videos and very clearly see she is not an international threat of security. There is no propaganda, no sign of instatement to any regime unless it involved fried fast foods and they would also at this point know of her status in said country and see it is nothing. She is on paper and in status just a fat lump who got romance scammed and is spending a lot of time with her "husband" which I would also assume they know she isn't married nor is she a resident.

At most Canada will side eye her travel history and probably determine the same thing they determine with all these other western converts, so desperate they get romance scammed and come back with their tails between their legs, Chantal is not even close to being unique in this scenario but these brain rotted idiots don't understand things happen off the internet.

And the sanctions Canada currently has against Lebannon involve armaments, and funds used for the procurement of arms, not the procurement of fried Chicken and Icecream.

Here are two I found on "Rose Thorn Reacts" - she posted asking for more info about the account on Oct 8 on Xitter so the person has been at this for weeks. May mean there are more comments out there on other channels.

I sent Chantel a email this morning just explaining that I was aware of what she is actually currently doing and the why she "escaped" Canada to run away from her problems just because she didn't want to spend her money paying off what she owes on her back taxes and the bankruptcy. I also explained to her that she has further got herself in much deeper trouble with the false address in Lebanon and the traveling from Syria to Lebanon for the sole purpose of withdrawing cash to take back to Syria which is illegal due to the sanctions. I gave her information that she has never told anyone including the identity she has on a Syrian ID card. I told her she needs to be honest about what is happening. She does not want to return to Canada because she knows there will be people waiting for her probably with a pair of shinny bracelets. She has already said she is looking at other countries other than Canada to go to. She remains in Syria because she is safe for the consequences she will eventually face. Her way of receiving money is about to be cut off completely. I will be interested if she responds.

Guess what country authorities thought Chantel was in, it wasn't Syria, they thought it was Lebanon and they were of the understanding she travelled to Syria for a short time with her husband for a family event. But the plot thickens because Myriam is a name she is possibly using for certain things. I even know the address being used in Lebanon and the town in Syria they actually live. Trying to get information from Syria is next to impossible. The rabbit hole is getting very deep and very dark.

As their comment said they had emailed Chantal that morning it may be one of the earliest instances of them commenting about this. Interested to see how their story developed from this point.

Just to add a few more points to prove this guy has no idea what he is talking about.

You don't go to jail in Canada for not filing your taxes. You do go to jail for fraud however not filing is not fraud. You have a 3 year grace and then anytime after that 3 years the CRA can appoint you an audit and then through discovery they will just bill you for back taxes (this can range anywhere from 3-10 years). Back taxes not being paid is also not a criminal charge it's a civil matter and they will just fuck you up by any means possible financially until they get their money. You also don't go to jail for not making bankruptcy payments, it is once again a civil matter.

She also probably doesn't have certainly doesn't need a Lebanese or Syrian address, for what reason would she as a traveler? Her address is most likely her mom's or her weird aunt. I spend a lot of time out of the country for work and I have never changed my home address for anything. If she did change her address she would be liable to lose her citizenship and I don't think even she is that stupid.

Also nobody from the CRA would contact people in Youtube comments nor would they personally email anyone with a standing against them. The only person breaking the law in this scenario is this lunatic.
 
Literally no one with a cushy government job is going to risk their career to bring down Chins. (Except for Deedee.) This guy is full of shit for all the above mentioned reasons but also because you wouldn’t have access to this info in a CRA job. You have to request permission to access private account information, which means there’s a paper trail for every person who has ever accessed Chantal Marie Olive Saraults CRA account. It’s also the same for any medical office or even her cell phone account. Anyone with a job would know this but I assume none of these people work.

Also I had to google her to figure out how to spell her name and AI made me laugh. She’s fucked.

The point behind it was: the person pushing this crazy theory, LB, is British.

LB's source, Smurf/Boeing, is acting like they are an insider with knowledge of the Canadian Revenue Agency, therefore likely a Canadian, but their comment also appeared to use British-English.

Normally, this would point to LB socking or other shenanigans going on that would further confirm they are full of shit, but because Canada uses both British and American English depending on context - and @Florid Psychotic confirmed behaviour is one of those instances Canadians use the British version - it can't be used as a "gotcha", but may be worth bearing in mind when reading their other comments and seeing whether they use Candian hybrid spelling.
