Ofcom is publicly thanking BBC for its many years of fabricating things to mislead the public.

For those unaware Tim Davie is resigning from BBC because under his leadership, a plan was approved to doctor Trump Jan 6 speech footage to make it appear to say things he didn't in order to push the insurrection narrative. Trump sent a letter to BBC threatening a lawsuit over this.

Truly an organization of bottom feeders. Praising the state sanctioned news for censorship. At least it's not hard to see where their priorities lie

He did say those things and the crowd understood them and acted on them.
The point is that they spliced the footage, bro. If you think the unspliced footage is also incitement, fine, but they went out of their way to splice it which is the problem.

The issue is that they misrepresented the footage, not that they misrepresented what was being communicated, but everyone acts like they misrepresented what was being communicated.

The issue is that they misrepresented
Yeah. That's the issue. That is why I made the Ofcom post. That you think their misrepresentation is justified is completely irrelevant to the point I made, namely that the censorship arm of UK which is trying to bankrupt us and 4chan for misinformations is in fact itself engaged in supporting misinformations.

Makes enough sense really. They support their misinformation, but don't you dare have a forum/website with differing view points from the narrative.

Keep the political sperging in the proper threads.
Direct it at the U_M, I'm just responding.

I didn't claim their misrepresentation is justified, but that its nature is not what you presented it to be.
This is the same nonsense they did with the Reagan ad, where they lied about the ad misrepresenting what Reagan said and MAGA just eats up the lies.
In this case they pretend this shows that fatty didn't actually call for the nigger cattle to support his coup attempt, even though it doesn't, and he did, and they did.

Sir, this is about OFCOM supporting its censorship apparatus. Let us not forget they enforce the TV licenses (that nobody pays but they still do it). By praising the BBC, they show their nature, which is a complete hatred of anything against the approved narrative.

BBC director literally resigned because their internal investigations were leaked to The Telegraph showing that BBC “doctored” and "spliced together two clips from separate parts of [Trump's] speech. This created the impression that Trump said something he did not and, in doing so, materially misled viewers." Whatever your thoughts are on the matter are irrelevant (as are mine). I mentioned for context the main reason for why Tim Davie resigned while citing the conclusion from the leaked investigation. I also went out of my way to provide additional problems with BBC found by the investigation in the Community Happenings page.

I genuinely do not understand why you are so upset by this. You agree that there was misrepresentation, but continue to reee at me when I use it to point out the dishonesty of Ofcom
