Ethan did not say anything like that and the court filings do not support it either.
There has been speculation that they are working out a deal, because Frogan missed her deadline to file by 2 months now.

But there has been no official confirmation of a settlement with Frogan as far as I know.

Why not? It's not illegal or otherwise contrary to public policy, fundamentally unfair, or the result of coercion other than the underlying suit. It could be simply an additional pound of flesh Ethan could extract (without spilling any Christian blood!) because he knew she didn't want to do it, or a goodwill gesture to Baldy.
 
It's good that he got one settlement to make it harder for the other cunts, but it's great he made it a point that she had to throw Hasan Shocker under the bus, and now they'll all infight for a week and Hasan will act like he doesn't have any money bro, like for real.

I just didn't think the two were on good terms, despite having created something of a united front against Hasan. You're right though, makes sense to throw in as many felts as physically possible.

It's rather grating to listen to Ethan constantly do these little coughs and sneezes, but I kinda feel like it's his Tourette's getting little releases that aren't going "SHITFUCK" or doing weird eyebrow movements, they seem too delicate and frequent to be related to something else, and I don't think he ever does them when not speaking.

  • The lawsuit was not frivolus and she only said it was to gether sympathy and retaliate
  • She will not be infringing on copyrighted material going forward.

  • Additionally adds that she found she found his indifference hurtful and disappointing, as well as that he hinted at potentially helping her just for publicity
  • The entire remaining portion of the gofundme campaign will be paid to Ethan & Hila

  • She will additionally cooperate with the Kleins in their litigation against the h3 snark mods (r/h3snark, r/LeftoversH3, etc)

  • Asmongold for weaponizing the death of his mother
  • The h3 crew for harassing them for working for Ethan & Hila
  • Further adds that AB & Lena have done more to support Palestine than she has.
  • Hila, for making misogynistics attacks against her.
