Ima be real man, it's an old truck and very likely her dad over poured Sea Foam into it and forgot to do the oil change after a couple days of driving it. Owning multiple shit box trucks sea foam helped clean stuff out so long as you literally change your oil and spark plugs within a week. It wasn't crack heads or stalkers her boomer dad just forgot to finish maintenance.
