Spooky Gengar sounds vaguely familiar, but I can't quite remember where I've heard the name before.

It's unlikely but possible that the sharty kid is working for John John. The only way I see it happening is, originally they were doing their own retarded troll op, but at some point let enough information slip that they got phone booked and John is holding that over their head and pulling the strings. Seeing everyone in the comments everywhere acting menacing and making veiled threats after sending Chance an Xbox is probably getting under their skin. They would probably be doing everything they could to placate him and avoid him publicly disclosing their information, especially after seeing how emboldened CVG has become lately with the property damage.
If John is to be believed that's pretty much what happened with Jessica, she surrendered and handed all of the accounts she was communicating with chance on to John John and he began playing her role.
