Its even more of a joke when you realize you cannot play this game on LAN which every real competitive game is played on for tournaments they haven't even had one in real life yet lol

Same community where free leatherface cosmetics got deleted, because muh racism. I uninstalled some time ago, but I do miss tunneling the faggots and watching them chimp out. They would then try to bait me in chat into admitting that I tunneled them for being a tranny to get me banned. That was the only fun part about it left.

All the crying about tunneling, camping, slugging starts to make sense when you look at what sort of people are infesting the game and its communities. Just like with this tournament, it's about the victim status. These people actually see themselves as some poor, opressed victims who just want a good match but the evil, selfish killers won't let them. Effectively tunneling = racism. Which makes it more fun.

Also for a long time every comp community had to artificially fill up the spectator slots, because if one was free a cheater could use it to crash the server. This culminated in the infamous The Walking Dead stream where devs finally fixed it, because it happened to them.

Tournaments are typically 5-man teams(4 survs, 1 killer) and two rounds are played, with potential tie breakers. Team A's survivors set the win condition against Team B's killer: Generators completed and hook states, although some tournaments will also put more emphasis on unique hooks to discourage tunneling. After the win condition is set, Team B has to beat Team A's win condition against Team A's killer.
So if Team A gets 5 generators done but only one person gets out, Team B has to get at least two survivors out to beat Team A. A little convoluted, but what other options do you have, right?
Of course, that doesn't even scratch the surface of banned perks, banned perk synergies, the fact that killers are restricted to certain maps for balance's sake, et cetera. It's a mess on par with DbD itself, which is kind of fitting.
(I only know all this because I was going to be in a small charity tournament, but I made the mistake of making a joke about a mental health issue I myself struggle with and the organizer took it personally.)

There is also the Survivor "Orela Rose" who is a Black, Trans, Paramedic character, voiced by a Trans, "Trans rights activist" named Angelica Ross. Not coincidentally they (I think they/them is appropriate as it highlights the demonic influence behind the movement.) are the only Survivor that I haven't bought in the Game. As a Christian I'm willing to put up with a lot (And I want to make it clear that I don't expect non Christians to follow proper Biblical morality.), but a trans character who is voiced by a trans actor, and pushed specifically to be a trans representation character is my limit of what I'm willing to pay actual Money for.
Although since I refuse to buy them, the Game always puts them front and center on the in Game shop for me. So be it.

Its something useful to use shards on, I suppose. Felt the same, and got it that way myself. Couple of the perks are pretty good, and the ambulance one has a pretty good icon for a charm.
 
You shouldn't have trans people in a female-only competition in the same way you shouldn't have AI in an art competition. If you don't allow fake artists, you should not allow fake women.
 
How does this game seem to consistently attract the most retarded people? Every time there's news about it it's because the game got a shit patch, or the developers were acting retarded, or a streamer was so angry he shit his pants or something. What the fuck is the appeal?
