I'd watch for a bankruptcy and/or a reorganization, especially if there are other creditors waiting in the wings.

This would not absolve Cologix of the debt, but it could put a stay on any other creditors.
Let's see how many rats jump the sinking ship.
Apparently they got bought out by a definitely-not-shell company (archive), sourced from LowEndTalk. (archive)
Had a quick look, can't find anything on the company (AG MANAGEMENT NETWORK LLC) or the owner (Andres Gaspar) except for generic government registration pages.

Regarding the judgement, is this "Path pays specified amount in private settlement agreement and if they default on it they have to pay $1mil + 8% interest"?

EDIT: Also from LET, using the ownership transfer as an excuse to cancel free services for existing customers.

Path sued a company from Texas and Netherlands, and some family who owns these companies who compete with Path

Tldr: Path forced Tempest to demote their CEO, and their CEO started leaking shit to the competitors, including that Tempest was bankrupt since at least 2022. The same applied to Path (@Null might be interested)

Following this, the employee then hacked Path many times (very secure)

The Euro-Texan companies then allegedly bought all the stolen shit

Meaning the ex-employee ruined his life over $600

Also some other (?) guy tried to extort Path for nearly 800k despite knowing that Path was broke. Genius.

I was expecting salesman fuck-fuck games in this suit, and I got them, but then it got way more complex. Trying to steal customer lists and putting pressure on them to drum up business, almost normal. Logging into their monitoring system for.... reasons... is ????!? Sure there's potential data in there but it'd be hard to mine and easy to get caught.

Weird one.

There's a lot of "information and belief", which I understand to mean "we think it's true and we want permission to go fishing for evidence". Do they actually have any proof of any of this, or is it all just hearsay?
