Oh! I can answer this one!Brian's lawyers were granted a motion to withdraw from representing him (likely due to struggling with Brian's room temperature IQ)
He wouldn't (or couldn't) pay the fees, refused to heed legal advice and threatened his lawyers.
Brian said he can totally afford his lawyers, he never threatened them and he's autistic, so they should therefore be used to his quirky communication style (no, I am not joking).
The situation was minimised as a "breakdown in communication" and the judge permitted the withdrawal on that basis.
