So I am the one that was attacked for lack of a better word at the Courthouse yesterday morning. I was there to serve JY documents and I kinda had a feeling it wouldn't go well considering they had mentioned me in their ridiculous 17 page document filed the day before. Apparently I am harassing JY, according to them anyway.
Anyway, I saw them inside so I walked in the courthouse, straight towards JY and got about 15 feet away before they saw me. I tried to hand them the envelopes to which JY said " I'm not fucking taking those", so I dropped the envelopes at their feet. I started to turn away when they lost their shit. By they, I mean JY and their batshit crazy lunatic mother, both screaming at me to 'get out" and "fuck you" "you stupid bitch" etc etc.
I had just bought a cup of coffee before going into the courthouse. Out of nowhere, both JY and Mom rushed me, shoving me,, squishing my coffee cup and thus covering me in hot coffee. Now this was what I was hoping for so I could send both their asses to jail. However, because I suck, when soaked with coffee, I just reacted by tossing the rest of my coffee onto JY. My plan was to not do anything if they tried anything. Big fail unfortunately. And then I saw like 6 Sheriffs rushing over so I stayed where I was.
Next thing I know there are 8 VPD officers rushing into the courthouse and I'm standing there talking to one when JY comes out of the washroom (Yep the woman's bathroom) talking on their phone, turning to me yelling "I've got 911 on the phone and you're going to jail you stupid bitch" I looked at her and said "there's a cop right here moron"
Then they started ranted and raving again calling me a "cunt", yelling about some murder plot and honestly I can't even remember what else. I told the VPD I wanted them both arrested as they both assaulted me and I had the coffee all over me to prove it. The Sheriff also corroborated my story.
VPD then goes to review the video while I sit in a room regaling with officers regaling them with stories about JY, about how their service dog is not a service dog, how they are a disgusting pedo and show them various screen shots of the harassment I have been dealing with from JY for the last 4 months.
The VPD who went to review the video came back and told me that they were not going to arrest JY or mom as I had thrown my coffee so I could be charged to. Whatever.
Later on, an officer called me and I again said I wanted them charged and he told me he saw the video and he was happy he would be able to charge her until he saw me toss my coffee at her face (says the cop) and that even after that, I didn't retreat, I stood my ground, therefore in their eyes I was consenting to being in that confrontation. A load of bullshit if you ask me. I went off on the cop talking about how JY is never held accountable for anything and it's ridiculous that this child predator continues to get away with this bullshit time after time but I toss an inch of coffee at them after both him and his mother attack me in the courthouse in front of sheriffs and I'm getting the lecture about assault and harassment? And I'm getting cautioned. For doing my fucking job? I tell the cop that I am actively investigating JY and that this is what they do. They scream harassment and now I can't do my job without risking going to jail myself. Anyway I give up on the cop hearing anything at this point. And I make comments about how JY must have a free pass where police are concerned.
2 hours later, the same VPD officer calls me back. He wants to ask me questions about my statements about JY being a child predator and how I know this to be true. I give multiple examples of the disgusting actions and he was very interested and asking for details and if I could name names etc. I directed the cop to meowmix and said all the proof you need is there. I also told them I have screenshots I would be more than happy to share, and that all I want is for them to finally be held accountable for something! He basically says VPD detectives will be looking into this and they are not RCMP... It seemed to me that VPD is taking this quite seriously. It also may have something to do with the fact JY called VPD the day before court and told them that Jolene from West Point was going to go to the courthouse to assault them, and then I find out later also alleging bomb threats.
I'm not willing to bet anything on it, but maybe this time, maybe a cop will actually do their fucking job and finally charge them with something. Or at least take a deeper look into JY. At this point I don't care what it's for. It's time they pay for what their actions and I'm sorry but to me losing their home should just be the beginning. I can see some lawsuits looming, although it's pretty pointless considering they have absolutely 0 assets.
But according to things I read after (I didn't pay much attention to Rexy), the poor guy was muzzled and looked drugged. Considering what went on in the court room, JY and Miriam should have been the ones with muzzles. The Sheriffs must hate their lives when they see JY's name come up on the daily docket.
