For this to be a definitive killshot we'd need to find 1000% crystal clear evidence that he knew. Was that information in the account bio at the time or anything? Because if not, then as scautara said, we can't really say anything definitive about it in that regard if he actually was never told.
 
Those messages aren't too bad, until considered in their full context, ie the girl's age, his age, his status/e-fame, his preference for diminutive women, his apparent desire to find vulnerable women, and his interest in age play. Then it starts to feel very uncomfortable.
