Let the State Curbstomping Commence.
The only slack in his life he deserves is his slack face. Everything else he has earned by being a fucking [Russ]tard. He's getting evicted. Cut him some slack.
Greer has asked to expedite this. If you're the State, you have 21 days, do you wait the full 21 days just to be an ass? I'm going with "yes".Let the State Curbstomping Commence.

Huh. So let me synthesize all of this: Greer launches a bunch of suits then gets evicted. It's like he knows he's going to be sanctioned and lose all his disposable income anyhow so he goes and blows it all, with one of the hail Mary's being the one for 200k.
So you're saying this man has ~$100 for Bullet Legal Services of Nevada to serve papers in a lawsuit. But not $71 to pay the court in his eviction lawsuit?
He seems to do what a lot of deadbeat tenants do. Get an apartment pay security first month never pay can take up 6 months to evict. Rinse and repeat.Third. One in 2024 (we have the docs). One in 2025 (it was hidden in the system for some reason), and one in 2026 (currently being litigated).
That works in a vaccum, but I’m pretty sure that most townhouse/apartment complexes screen potential renters. A common part of that process is examining someone’s history as a tenant (i.e., how likely is it that you’ll have to deal with the process of evicting this guy?). It’s really hard to get a mediocre unit if you’ve been evicted even one time. The fact that he keeps being able to “rinse and repeat” makes me think that he’s staying at increasingly shady places, since anyone running a reputable complex would run a proper background check and realize that Greer is a financial black hole of a tenant. He seems to do what a lot of deadbeat tenants do. Gets free storage as well because if you evict someone you have to keep anything they abandon for 30 days at least in storage.
Oh shit finally an adversary worthy of the Pen and Mouth of Greer. dis gonna be gudSchaefer refused, and so opposing counsel was required to file a motion to amend the order, which the court granted.
The number of "small-time landlords" who have not learned why and how to do a thorough background check is roughly equal to the number who have never needed to evict ... yet. Greer likely has pages and pages of landlords to go through before he starts running into those who even bother googling him (should "triple eviction enjoyer" be added to the thread title?).The fact that he keeps being able to “rinse and repeat” makes me think that he’s staying at increasingly shady places, since anyone running a reputable complex would run a proper background check and realize that Greer is a financial black hole of a tenant.
FTFY@Potentially Criminal stared into the void and its gaping maw is staring back. May God take mercy.
